The company is in the strongest position with a growing market and will be in the strongest position to be a major player in the huge energy storage market worth $50 Billion by 2027 and which will need around 80,000 mtV just for the VRFB market by 2027 based on extensive market research.

Bushveld Minerals have a very clear strategy to grow this into a mega business with a very high-profit income for all investors.

One of the most important parts of the Bushveld Minerals growth story will be the unlocking of this most exciting part of the story. This effectively unlocks the other half of the Bushveld Minerals story.

The world is in a transition phase towards renewables as the realisation that carbon-based power generation needs to be phased out. The Solar and Wind Generation is a significantly low-cost generation platform, but the key is filling in the gaps when there is no wind and the sun is not shining. Energy storage has been unveiled as the key. This was a problem for long term storage and repeated charge and discharge cycles until the vanadium redox flow battery was invented and proven. Bushveld Energy was formed to complete the gap in the market.

This year will see everything become joined up.

Eskom has a BE 120kW /450 kWh VRFB battery installed for a 90-day test which will prove to the SA energy provider that this is the best option for grid storage.

Eskom have multiple contracts available for energy storage batteries in 2019 and they have made no secret that they want to use locally built batteries from minerals from SA. This fits perfectly for BE.

Bushveld Energy is building an electrolyte plant in ELDZ where the batteries will also be assembled.

The first contracts are likely to be awarded in late 2019 or first quarter of 2020 just when the plant will be ready.

These contracts and this industry is going to be huge and SA is looking like they will be leading the field. BMN will supply the vanadium and investment in the mines will produce the vanadium required.

Mikhail the CEO of BE has already said the potential for BE is ten times that of the mining side of the business.

This makes this one of the most exciting moments in BMN's history! The story will be told.

BBN - Many thanks for adding the detail behind the timings I posted. It is good that we have these alignments as in sync as possible. We have to also remember that these schedules do move as there are so many factors in play. But the key is that Bushveld will be ready to meet what ever projects we are awarded with going forward.

That is just what you hope he will say when they ask for confirmation on Mokopane License. We meet all those points with African knobs on!

However, it would be hugely helpful for the future growth of the vanadium industry in South Africa and it will create a large number of jobs both in construction, process and ongoing mining and the SA government are very keen to create new jobs in industries which will benefit South Africa.

The Electrolyte plant should be ready for production if all goes according to the plan by the end of the first quarter of 2020. This is when the first contracts are likely to be confirmed for the Eskom ESS Projects.

- 2019 should also see news on the expansion of production capacity at Vametco and the ongoing plans to increase production to 10,000 mtV which is huge

- Mokopane has an initial PFS indicating 10,000 mtV production but the resource may liberate more than this depending on demand requirements going future.

Last week we had those few days when we had a lift. Then this week we have been in a holding pattern pretty much-being level. But, the excitement is building as March progresses. many long term holders have seen significant growth in the SP during March. In March 2017 that was when I first found BMN. It was a little late in the Month. The price had grown from around 2.46p to 7.6p. I managed my first buy in at just over 5p then a second significant purchase around 6.3p. By the end of August, I had a significant holding which I was very excited about. Move forward to March 2018 we started at 8.2 pence and moved up to 14.15p.

This year has all the signs we will have a very similar growth curve. The news flow due is significant and will transform the business into a very investor pleasing environment. But even now looking forward any new investors will see over the years ahead more significant news and growth.

So our March view:

- Bushveld Energy Q4 review - News on our VRFB at Eskom now in its full 90 days testing and evaluation process and updates on the pathway for the electrolyte plant in the ELDZ, where Bushveld will eventually also assemble VRFB

- 2018 Finacial Update - giving a clear indication of turn over, profits and costs

- Bushveld Vametco and Brits Mine Resource updates giving a clear indication of the amount of vanadium in the ground following the recent resource study, this will help us understand the life of mine detail for the future of this massive resource

- Bushveld Minerals Dividend Policy - this will give a road map of how Bushveld will be paying dividends in the future and they may even offer a special dividend for 2019 based on profits from 2018?

Then going forward in 2019 the news should keep coming unlocking the story. Some points which have been previously indicated by Bushveld Management:

- An additional brownfield plant with process capacity to increase vanadium output from Vametco / Brits when that mine comes on stream

- Full audited accounts by end of June

- Joint listing on the JSE (South African Stock Exchange). This will enable many South African investors the opportunity to come on board and we know there are many looking to come on board

- Bushveld Energy and Minerals are in prime position to tender and supply VRFB to Eskom for there huge Energy Storage Projects. South Africa want to use locally sourced and local built systems where possible and BMN are in the the best possible place to succeed with these contracts and the SA factor will be hugely influential.

- Bushveld has the largest vanadium resource on the planet in the shape of the Mokopane project and they have been awaiting a mining license for many years. However, it would be hugely helpful for the future growth of the vanadium industry in South Africa and it will create a large number of jobs both in construction, process and ongoing mining and the SA government are very keen to create new jobs in industries which wil

The New York State Pollution Prevention Institute at the Rochester Institute of Technology are testing a StorEn battery to validate the technology, the testing programme could help StorEn raised funds for additional development.
Vanadium prices show some volatility

Ferro-vanadium prices rose in Western Europe yesterday by 0.8% to $76.2-78.03/kgV.
Vanadium pentoxide prices rose by 5.7% to $16.88-17.56/lb in Rotterdam
But ferro-vanadium prices fell in the US by 5.5% to $37.5-40/kgV highlighting differences between the two markets and some uncertainty over US construction.
Ferro-vanadium prices in China remain unchanged at $74-76kgV.
On balance vanadium prices appear to feeling their way higher again with European prices heading higher probably on a lack of available supply out of China

I would be very surprised if NickD was selling at the beginning of March he knows as well as any long term investor the news coming in March if anything Nick would be buying!

I think we can expect some interesting buys coming in over the days ahead!

CC - I think we are going to see 3 or 4 significant RNS's in March. Tomorrow - maybe? Tuesday onwards is most likely for the first one.

I think we will have a Mighty March! I fully expect us to end well above our previous high of 50p and be close to 60p or higher.

I think we might get a few large trades from the US following FM presentations in Florida. The US as our current largest customer will be keen to invest. I just hope Fortune had time to do his presentation and do a full Q&A with our new Brokers BMO at their conference.

This is an interesting discussion indeed. I have to say that with Pdub the ambition of both Fortune and Mikhail who are both highly motivated and focused on building value and benefit into this business. You can be sure that they have no motivation to sell up and walk off into the future. They are both dedicated and young. Of course, they have significant shareholdings and above £1 would give them vast wealth. However, you will find that unlike most "normal people" businessmen are not really looking at there personal wealth they are motivated by success! There are a few on this board in this position I am sure.

FM & MN are looking to build this company into the SA largest energy storage business and the most success vanadium company in the world. I am convinced that they would have no motivation to sell the business in the next 3 to 10 years as this is the time that this industry will build to its potential peak. Only then may they even consider potentially wanted to look at options. However, I think they are more likely to want to try to build the business further with additional acquisitions. This would be much better for all investors in Bushveld Minerals and will help hedge the business further.

One of the hardest things that non-business people find hard to understand is the drive in these people. Most people go to work and can't wait to leave, go to the pub and dream about there next holiday or a new car. That is why they set low targets on what they hope an investment may make, based on their need or ambition. That is why many professional people here are so focused on Fortune and Mikhail as they see the focus and desire.

So all those with short term targets and low valuations are selling themselves very short indeed. As a businessman, I can see well beyond this and can clearly see the value they can build in this business. They, of course, need everything to fit into place, but they have as I have said and as many here have made clear. They are doing this with bells on and they are choosing their friends, associates, and partners very wisely to ensure they have set the course to ensure success. This is what you need to do to drive a business to success. There is no luck involved, just vision and drive!

That is why I put such valuations out there and they are very achievable over the 3 to 5 year period.

Don't forget as was a point was made earlier the US, China and others are investing in South Africa and Africa as it is the most untaped continent on the planet and have your footprint in the ground here is likely to be very rewarding. It is like investing and a Chinese company in 1995. How far they have come since then!

So hold on to your shares and enjoy the journey.

I would no accept £1 and I would find it very hard to accept £5 as the upside is so huge over the next 2 to 3 years.

I am not trying to be greedy I just see the value as being realised with a number above £10 per share once the market is fully established.

As shareholders, we would be very foolish indeed to not let the value be build up to meet its potential. It might not be as attractive to SA either if it becomes foreign-owned!
