These results are for the Periods Ended 31 March 2025, NEO raised monies in July 2025, I'm just glad that progress is being made.

I'm expecting more news before re-list though myself probably tomorrow and next week with re-list later.

I found this article that puts a price on the RTO it seems to have been released the day before the official RNS was released. gla

Which plant is at infirnity Resource Group (Pty) Limited? is it the trucks that are shown?

I've just looked at the processing plant at "Swartkopfontein 7KO licence and Sechelis Oude Stad 6 areas" and as far as I can gather that is a processing plant owned by another company similar to what we have at Kilifi and we will be feeding ore into it for this other company to process and sell as far as I can gather.

I'm expecting the "Old Marula" to be rolled into and become "Imara Gold PLC" which used to be "Caracal Gold" seems the most logical next step for "Old Marula" given the new precious metals and refining path.

I feel that reading the posts on here from over the weekend that most people that have posted are not invested in NEO at all. maybe they just want NEO to fail and that's how they get themselves through the dreary weekend that they live.

Well if I were NEO and we were that close to relevant news I would not RNS on a Friday to then have to RNS on the Monday.

I for one are not that overly worried and this potential slight delay it will not make me loose sleep over the weekend.

Significant Cashflow Potential

Well I can't see any meaningful news till Europa & Marula have their AGM's and ratify the proposed deal hopefully before Christmas.

But saying that I was reading an article the other day that quoted the Europa Executive Chairman Myles Campion as saying that he expected Kilifi to be shipping Manganese this Quarter. so maybe we will be generating cash as the deal progresses. here's hoping ..

Apparently we are getting into precious metals as well an RTO with (Imara Gold Plc formerly CaracalGoldplc) maybe?

Another thought I had which is a bit out there was another RTO into NEO that would get NEO onto the JSE and MARU onto the LSE main market. I don't know if SS would go along with that but originally they wanted 40% of NEO but now they have reduced that to the 30odd% mark as far as I can gather.

The way Marula has been able to raise cash lately leads me to think that there must be bigger plans afoot imo.

Anyway just a quick post as I'm on the road soon for a long weekend break.
