imo it could take a little bit longer than 2 weeks if the full 2 weeks mentioned for the Annual accounts are used up and the Interims take a week or so after that to be published.

Just using SWC as an example of a BTC treasury company their SP has not moved at all in the last 2 days where COIN has gone up c20%.

anyway as long as it keeps going I'm happy.

"A further cash injection of up to £5 million is needed" Theo had said previously that between 2-5mil was needed so maybe not all the 5mil required. and they were going to raise it at 0.75p as was being done with AUO.

The presentation on the NEO web site states that the mine Commissioning is targeted for H1 2027.

I'm pretty sure that AUO were lined up to support the refurbishment and upgrade work but were unable to do it so, NEO has line up CMC to help take on the raises needed.

But that is the first time that I've seen a valuation of the infrastructure quoted. awesome

Do we think that NEO will relist before or after the JB Investor Presentation on the 14th Oct?

In the RNS dated 3rd September it was stated that "the Company confirms the audit process, initially expected to be concluded at the end of August 2025, is now in its final stages. The Company anticipates publication of the Accounts within the next four to six weeks"

The 14th is close to the 6 week mark. I'm going for the relist date of the 15th it makes more sense to relist after the presentation imo.

I for one are not getting too excited until the 7m of funding hits the account and we get an update stating so.

When that happens I'll breath a big sigh of relief and I feel that the relisting will not be far behind.

Not that I ever doubted JB that is :-)
