They are more than likely pre selling the fund raise of c£5mil @ c0.75p as long as people keep buying them we could probably see it finished this week or next imo.

We did have the stockbox interview that was posted on the 1st December in which JB said that we are constrained by the RTO process in what can be done, I've just taken another look at it and from 13minutes into the interview onward he gives some info on what he expects Marula will be achieving regarding early 2026.

But on the other hand I would have thought confirmation of all the funding streams that have been intermated at over the last few months wouldn't go amiss. the exercise of £25k of warrants is far from what I was expecting.

Dcode thanks for your reply - after looking for more information regarding the Europa AGM it seems that there is not a proposal for the RTO and the transaction will need another GM of Europa and Marula shareholders to vote on it eventually.

We have always known that another fund raising would be necessary to get NEO closer to Debt and off take agreements, I've used this drop as a opportunity to top up and average down which I have done, I've not timed the top up to perfection (as in catching the bottom price) but I'm now happy to sit back till this time next year and see where we are then.

A week today Europa have their AGM to ratify or reject the RTO with Marula.

Jam on previous shareholdings that I've held, most of the time a drop in the sp is usually followed by news, I have two theory's why I think this happens .

1. Is that there is a fund raise happening and the mm's are preselling it.

2. The mm's drop the price to pick up cheap shares on the hope that the forth coming news will more than likely make them a swift profit.
