The title of the RNS yesterday was - "Annual Financial Statements Published and Suspension Status" The "Suspension Status" part seems to be missing so hopefully we should be due another RNS today or tomorrow with a bit of luck.

To be fair frogman we were able to trade the shares between Dec 17th 2025 and Feb 02 2026.

If you are that unhappy with the way the company is being run why did you not sell and move on..

JSE listing info.

"The Company also announced progress on a fast‑track secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”), Africa’s largest and most liquid stock exchange. This initiative aims to enhance the Company’s liquidity, broaden its shareholder base and increase its visibility among African and international investors, supporting its growth strategy. The listing process expected to be completed in Q1 2027"

Andy268 It not only states that-

"This process is expected to be completed by 2 March 2026, at which time the Annual Financial Report will be published"

It also states the following-

"We will inform the market as soon as the report is available and will provide an update regarding our agreements with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to lift the suspension"

To me this means that they have contacted the FCA and have agreements that NEO will resume trading on the LSE as and when they are ready to list on the JSE which was supposed to be achieved in Q! 2026.

This is all my opinion but I can't see any other reason why they would refer to "agreements with the FCA to lift the suspension"

According to company house the financial report is not due till the end of March.

This new cadastre rollout is the most likely cause of the slow issuing of licenses etc, but it seems that they are actually still issuing some but very slowly. hopefully NEO is next on the list to coincide with the JSE listing and re listing on LSE. fingers crossed

Jindal Pelletising LLC (often referred to as Vulcan Pelletizing LLC) is a 6 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) iron ore pellet plant under development at Sohar Port, Oman. A subsidiary of Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel (JSIS), the facility is designed to supply raw materials for Jindal's local steel operations, with commissioning aimed for 2025/2026.

Key Details of Jindal Pelletising/Vulcan Pelletizing:

Location:

Sohar Port and Freezone, Oman, situated on the premises of Jindal Shadeed Iron & Steel (JSIS).

Capacity:

6 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).

Purpose:

To produce high-grade iron ore pellets for the direct reduced iron (DRI) plant at JSIS, reducing dependence on imported, third-party pellets.

Technology:

Uses a traveling grate-rotary kiln-annular cooler system supplied by Metso Outotec.

Status:

While earlier reports suggested a 2024 start, recent updates indicate it is in final development stages as of late 2025, and is actively involved in raw material sourcing (such as manganese ore) for its operations.

Affiliation:

Operates within the Vulcan International Holding Company, under the umbrella of Jindal Shadeed.

The plant is considered a major addition to the Middle East's steel industry, enhancing the vertical integration of the Jindal Group's operations in the region.

AFC I've looked back at your posts and to be fair you came across as positive on Maru before it was suspended on July 1st (which was 7.5 months ago) and you were actually at odds with Hoof at that point so I guess you have had no chance to sell since then so I take what I said back where you are concerned. But Hoof has had plenty of opportunity to sell since he has been negative but chooses not too for some reason.

I've been negative on shares I held in the past and do you know what I did?

I bit the bullet sold the holding at a loss and moved on.

I didn't hang around and sl-g the company off either.

why are you all still holding Marula shares i wonder.

that is if you do hold any shares which I very much doubt.
