It was just that the Board changes came out of the blue it certainly took me by surprise that it happened so quickly.

I/We knew that SS were going to have 2 board members and the strategic investor had an option of another spot but a complete clear out of the old guard I was not expecting.

Great that it happened though.

I can't help thinking that the Board changes were rushed a bit which leads me to the conclusion that more news is imminent.

It would be nice to get the Sibanye-Stillwater Section 11 and Section 102 sorted this week.

I think that people are taking profits - the SP has doubled from it's low of c0.5 - not that long ago.

1.3p by Thursday according to ZAC.

NEO is on the LSE main market.

All this talk of consolidation lol ... I can't see it myself - they will eventually have c5b shares in issue - for a soon to be mid tier miner - is nothing.

They will more likely be doing share buy backs to go with the substantial dividends that I'm expecting them to make with the huge profits from the mines.

I asked AI about HE1s projects the other day and part of the answer was that HE1 has had 3 companies so far expresses interest in viewing the DATA centre.

I do not know where AI got that info from.

ZAKS had mentioned 1.3p by month end (next week) is the next target for NEO - he has been right so far with his predictions.

And don't forget that "SHORE CAPITAL" put out a Broker report in March on NEO that had a NAV/share of 13.5p /share (Pre financing)

So all in all my feeling (now that the new Board has been announced) is that the SP should at least be at or around 2.5p due to the de-risking aspect of the Board changes.

I've just had a quick look at the AGM docs and we are voting on re electing the new board etc the usual stuff, and there is going to be a Corporate Presentation.

If JB can get the product to market and cash coming in, then when MARU does get relisted the SP will rerate significantly imo.

Just a bit of AI information regarding potential Free float of NEO shares after all the major holders are taken into account. obviously eventually the share count will be increasing. but it is a screen shot in time of how many shares are available for retail investors.

Thanks for posting the full message from JB.

it's great to see that progress is finally being made regarding delivery of products which are due to start soon.

It should be an exciting few weeks/month ahead for MARU news and hopefully relisting of the shares near the back end of may with delivery cash flow coming in and that should mean a large rerate of the share price imo.
