Ok, so the reverse takeover is basically being done to get Marula onto the AIM market imo.

Ok so we are moving to the AIM market and the acquisition of the Rare Earth project in Burundi is on the cards.

I've not done any research on Europa yet, but it looks like the funding is coming to finally get product to market.

Hi Kojak, yes I get what you are saying and totally agree that it's not ideal, I'm just hoping that this will come good before Christmas so everyone can relax a bit - Me included.

I'm of the opinion that the Q&A was instead of the update for that week and we could be inline for an update this Friday maybe.

I had another listen to the Q&A actually and Theo came across as super confident that in his opinion everything is on track.

I still think they will be holding off the relisting until the mining licence has been transferred so that they can release funding news etc soon after.

We just need the government to issue the paperwork which is due anytime now and then we should be moving to production quite fast imo.

I did a bit of research on the JustHeat heating system last night and I was quite impressive with the stats that I read regarding the cost and efficiency etc of the system so much so that when I come to change my heating system from a gas boiler next year I'm seriously considering going the the JustHeat system.

Imo we need to have the permits/mining rights transferred to NEO before we relist (always going to be Q4 2025) then that intern will enable all the other news to be released straight after relist.

Hopefully sooner in Q4 than later but we are at the mercy of the government officials unfortunately.

That being said I'm sure NEO will release another "state of play" RNS next week.

Just listened to the presentation and to be honest there wasn't much new imo

Ok the time line to production may have slipped a bit.

The return out of suspension may be a little bit longer than most people were thinking but hopefully before year end.

And I for one think that the company is moving in the right direction with the correct people in place to make it happen.

I've just got back from Holiday and catching up as to what the presentation was all about looks like everyone has their own interpretation on what was said either positive or negative as per usual lol

Come on peeps they are doing a presentation next week, you need to give them a bit of leeway on the two week time frame imo.

but that said people who are having a go have their own agenda I can only surmise that they are haveing a go because they are hoping to get in at a low price when we do relist.

hey don't get me wrong I hope it happens for you but somehow I don't think you are going to achieve a price below 5p.

They will only get to that 2-3p mark if they have a 10 to 1 share consolidation imo
