Your statement "And they can't deliver 1000T of copper by hand" seems to be at odds to what JB was saying in the 26 June 2025 RNS regarding -

The Long-Term Copper Offtake Agreement Negotiations for the Kinusi Copper Mine. see below. are you saying that JB was incorrect to say deliveries would and are being made?

"Subject to finalisation of customary Know Your Customer by this group, delivery of an initial 500t shipment of copper concentrates of between 20% to 30% copper grade by Takela is expected to be completed by 31 July 2025. The commercial terms of this shipment have been agreed and Takela is on track to make this delivery, with material stockpiled and bagged at Kinusi.

Delivery of a further 500t shipment of copper concentrates to another Swiss based global commodity trading group, is also expected to be completed by Takela by 31 July 2025. A pre-shipment inspection and third-party assay analyses of this material will be completed ahead of transportation of this 500t shipment to the designated warehouse in Dar es Salaam"

I was originally expecting the shares that we would have in issue to total c3.5bn when everything is ready to go, but your number of 4.15bn looks more like it given extra info that we have received since the acquisition RNS.

I seem to remember Theo mentioning that we needed to raise 2-5mil more to get the refurb finished and that was why CMC were recruited, they were going to raise funds at a price of 0.75p. is that amount in your calcs for the 4.15bn?

we do not know the full circumstances nor the aspirations of the owner of the company and I guess everyone is happy with the deal.

This is could be the first of a number of agreements that are gong to be finalised in the coming weeks/months regarding Manganese supply to Marula with Marulas 5year supply agreement with Baosteel Resources they could have scope to expand deliveries going forward. imo

Issuing shares at 5p and 7.5p gives me a certain amount of confidence also.

Gathoni Muchai Investments Limited "GMI" seems to have deep pockets lately imo

they bought c600k worth of MARU shares.

and they have just done an unsecured funding deal with Shuka for up to £2m at Interest: 5% per annum.

Yes I get what you are saying Hoof but JB did say a while back that less information is sometimes more. I took that to mean he would not be giving running commentary as he used to do.

JB only the other day on X referred to the 5year Baosteel contract so I'm guessing the contract is still on going.

We have had an update on the NEO accounts and they are aiming to publish them this month.

Are we really expecting MARU to update the market whenever they make a delivery and receive payment for it?

I do not know any other company that updates the shareholders in that way.

I'm happy to wait for when they announce results myself.

Ok Ali. yes I did read the original and "Shore Capital declaring +6 pence risked valuation" and now it's changed to 20p maybe it was a "Typo" in the original and changed when it's been highlighted.

I have looked back at the RNS's that were published the week before we went into suspension and JB at that time that there may be trouble heading MARU's way and I cant help but think that JB has put personnel in place that can be used to mitigate any future problems that MARU may get for past failures in processes etc.

I'm of the opinion that these two appointments will be used as "JB realising that he was doing to much" and he took his eye off the ball and he has put in place personnel to ensure these "failures/mistakes" will not happen in future.
