Just had the first chance to read the latest corporate presentation. Strikes me that there's enough info available now to do a year on year free cash flow calculation. Has anyone done anything of the sort?

@MH01, Interesting post! That 300,000 ounces pa each year - sorry, I'm being a bit lazy as I could possibly work this out from the Corporate Presentation but what ore sources are you assuming make up that 300k?

The answer to (1) is strongly implied in the RNS as follows:

If we want to use history to predict market cap then it is necessary to consider the effect of inflation (our SP needs to be relatively higher to account for it), the increased number of shares in circulation now, and the lack of money generally in the AIM market compared to years ago.

Yes, we should certainly be expecting a substantial market cap increase, and as you say we are in a much better position - but both the positives and negatives must be factored into value predictions.

It will go up somewhat, the extent being determined by the Hainan offer. The offer will be determined by market circumstances and the potential future return possible from the Company for Hainan. Whether that extent is low or high to you depends upon your relative buy-in price and, perhaps, your view on losing future returns in exchange for a more immediate return.

That statement says nothing that the KOD RNS didn't say. "We understand" has absolutely no value to us. We need a further update from KOD and we need it ASAP.

Roger65, I think the answer is very straightforward. We're well past the lifecycle stage where sentiment drives SP. Now the market is using predictions of short to medum term cash flow to value the company. But the problem is that the amount of profit that KOD will make on the proven Lithium resource just isn't seen to be remarkable enough any more and the market has priced that into the SP.
