I brought up the question, and I stand by it. I'm bemused by some of the replies that seem to be imply that questioning the approach shouldn't be allowed. Through asking questions we all may learn something. Even Mr Day himself likes questions. He's just been interviewed for a Q&A, don't ya know? ;-)

One part of the plan that I don't fully understand is the rationale for the revised start date for gold production from Haveiron ore. Shaun said that will optimise the NPV, but how? Why not start Haveiron production asap? It's not as if the mill would be processing small amounts, i.e. inefficiently, if they did that. Can anyone shed some light?

Are you sure that was the sold volume? If so, the SP impoact was pretty neglible (based on what I've seen of previous movements).

Ah yes, LGEN, how could I forget that great dividend payer? I have a large holding. It's not a growth stock, though it's undervalued at present due to the wider economic downturn in the UK. I used to work there so I know a lot about the company and how they've evolved the 3 main divisions to work cohesively as a great cash generator.

Frontera Resources, basically stolen by a director from the shareholders (that's a massive simplication) and today we were all notified by the liquidator that it's all over. Some people have lost a lot.

Neildra, I empathise but we need to remember that the markets aren't awash with people punting money around like they used to. There's a lot less cash around to fuel sentiment driven price increases, so we just have to be patient, we'll get there.

This outcome is shocking but I am not surprised.

I hope that those who were invested can cope financially. I hope that some here who were still very much emotionally invested up to today will be ok.

AIM is littered with examples of PI shareholders being screwed over. I'd say less than 1% chance of a successful outcome for us peasants. That doesn't mean the company won't come back though.
