Just want to confirm - by "producing" do you mean processing raw material or producing spodumene concentrate?

It doesn't look like UJO is going to create any value for shareholders any time soon. So tariffs really won't affect UJO in any way that matters.

Those are not institutionally invested shares. The only people who'll claim they are are shysters and con artists who should be given concrete shoes and tossed in the evaporation ponds.

Shares owned by IIs actually have to be owned by institutional investors (i.e. big funds, pensions, etc). A broker is not acting as an II when they hold my shares, they are acting as an agent on my behalf. They aren't investing their money, and they're my shares.

Wow, that 70% basically means that when the Aussie pension funds come knocking there's going to have to be massive price action to persuade retail investors to part with their shares, because most existing IIs should, in theory, be more long term holders.

I don't recall ALGW saying which market they'd list on.

However, if the main market then further acquisitions would boost the potential market cap. I expect that is what the board want to share post delisting - there will be some sort of financing to enable an accretative acquisition.

Work towards arranging another call to discuss funding post delisting.

Strange reply to the question over dilution to existing shareholders - paraphrasing: wait until after April 15th (delisting) to find out the answer. The date reference implies there's a listing rule preventing an answer to this now, but it wasn't clear.

Situation with the auditor sounds resolvable, and in a short time frame.

A program I use for stock tracking, jStock, hasn't updated prices today. They'll be calling a third party stock price API so there must be a problem with one of these services.

Agreed. I thought it is generally a good plan. Dilution is never good but we have to consider the bigger picture and the prize on offer.

Aside from ensuring keeping in touch with genuine LTH's, it'd be good to get away from the day trading parasites that have hatched out here recently.

Check the spread. Important to reference spread before making claims about share price direction. But then you don't really care.

I've been here sInce 2018 and I'll be holding post delisting. Assuming this forum is shut down at some point after after delisting, is there a place that genuine LTHs can use to keep in touch? There are a number of fellow long term holders here that I would still like to hear from.
