I thought that was at 650bopd of the top of my head which at the time hardly rendered it a duster. Although as you and I have said in previous post the N sands was a non event. But 650bopd still tasty. we will know more after full year results and quarterly results going forward if I am correct?

Simply a wrong turn but it hopefully the info gleaned from the drill will be of some use and the additional data logged for future mapping. one duster and suddenly all the great deals count for nothing. Lets try a dose of realism here. We have as many posters said spent essentially probably 2 to 3 weeks of our production to drill the well hardly a disaster and it maybe that we learn a lot from this and save money going forward. It was never priced in for a find so the drop is ludicrous and we all know it. We also all know that this is under priced so let us lose the negativity. We have had one duster. Someone said two.Presuming a 650bopd becomes a duster as nothing in the N sands.....seriously. This board has disintegrated over 48 hours.....call about fickle investors. The fundamentals have not changed we took a wrong turn only on the evaluation of the seismic data. If that was the case on 30% plus of wells then cause for concern but at this moment I do not see the need for such knee jerk comments by some and suddenly the BOD are back to being a disaster. I shall top up as I never expected to see this price again. The smart investors imo are topping up and seeing this for the opportunity that it is. The differing views are great in a democratic society soon to lose if we have a second Brexit vote. So good luck all genuine investors in Amerisur. Currently more important issues at stake at home and abroad and the knife crime puts all in perspective. But as we are all trying to make extra money to provide the nicer things in life or just to clear debts and keep a roof over ones headthen sometimes it seems huge. it is a gift horse for the MM's as it is just the bad news that they then have an excuse to drop the sp. But lets be honest it was never priced into the SP so for them to drop it 2.5p is hilarious. So they are saying if we had of hit oil then the share price would not have moved as was priced in. Still plenty to play for on many fronts. If they got the seismic evaluation wrong then it still does not discount that this could be a very big field. If you are trying to find the periphery of the field then this is always a possible outcome. Lets hope they get the seismic spot on for the next well. We may still have a monster on our hands. I shall top up at this level as it is a sound opportunity imo. Good luck to all. But nothing has really changed.

sellers still out weigh buyers. seems a reasonable apptment but then we can say that for all of them. How many people does it take or is it just another appt to lead us all up the garden path again. posts I expected further acquisition and agree with colonel drake that this was a special price only available under the first refusal offer. The land covers what looks like a fairly equal size to the rest of the deal that GTE were looking at acquiring for $104 million so I agree with Colonel that we have ourselves a strategically important block with good prospects as confirmed by GTE as they believe two areas are drill ready. We will only know how good the deal is when GTE say how much the new deal without put 8 is costing. That will be the marker. I believe that the deal has been only announced now as they were waiting on having some idea as to how the drill at Calao1 was faring and what the prospects were. So I think they have some idea and the news imo will mean that the coffers are still being filled nicely. I am expecting at least 3000 bopd but any commercial well should add pennies to the sp. Any amount above 3000bopd should really push this between the 25 and 30p immediately and building once more news is released on the depth of oil finds etc etc. I do not see for one minute that this will be bought out cheaply and some have said 20p etc or less ….really wish we had the sun shining here as bright so that it could frazzle my brain also. JW will still have another deal to disclose re oba or put 8. amerisur is currently in the best shape for sometime with much to come during the year. I cannot believe people are reaching for their dummies to toss out of the prams. Eventually even with the best will in the world even wild horses will not be even able to hold this back never mind any pesky mm's. Cream always rises to the top and so will Amerisur.

Excellent find and thanks for sharing link. Certainly looks like it is full steam ahead and I cannot believe that we have not just uncovered a huge find of which Amerisur have 30% of all production very very encouraging. They are pushing ahead with this with a new determination and vigour. Expect this to re rate well northwards if they can give any additional info on structure size and potential reserve increase. Pat on the back for leas and all others that find such gems and share. great board.

Having met him once I do not trust him personally and can only speak on how you find individuals.

Do not blame you for being all in and I am over 50% in. Timing not quite right with other stocks to go further in but will invest more when pay day comes. Peel hunt re affirmed its add. Cantor Fitzgerald upgraded it's target price from 22p to 27p and a buy rating. So seems others share our faith also.

will land next week and you only have until this Friday close of play to get in before this starts to re rates very nicely indeed on what I believe will be dare I say a very promising drill result and like Margaret says at 67 a barrel we are making money hand over fist. I have not been this excited since buying GKP shares some 9 years ago for 10p each. Had a few in comparison to my holding in amer as will fully capitalise on this opportunity. They are so few and far between these days. Imo this is an oil find as to what Frankle was to horse racing...simply awesome and then some.

cont ,,,,,,,,,,,,,touted to be that being the largest oil find in Columbia and of recent times and we have a third share in it. OMG. this is possibly an unbelievable gift horse of a share at current prices and if this does come in at anything like mariposa then it sets a very very encouraging trend and this really will start to re rate.

google ocean of black gold and you will find calao1. CAnnot believe that anybody on this board seriously does not believe this will be closer to 50p plus by year end. The gloves are off. amer could sell this next year and all enjoy a very nice retirement. Treble figures around £1.25 imho next year.

any real sp moving news and really just hoping for the pump brigade aka Ananda to come back. Thought this was heading back to ten pence and was going to have to sell. However back to 15p so just need another push. Come on all the rampers.

regarding your last post and last sentence. Really your fellow posters would never have guessed and you have kept it so well hidden. LOL. Explains all your past posts and those going forward no doubt. Keep the faith but hold accordingly. I have sold literally tens of thousands and sleep much better.
