Obviously they will try and get a partner for phase three. But realistically we have not been able to secure a partner prior when good trial results have been shown and when we have been awash with cash. So as we increase cash burn and have less cash in reserve we will be in a weak position to negotiate any deal of substance. So anyone have any ideas at what the sp will be when they fund raise and will they try to increase the sp to try and avoid almighty dilution which imo looks highly probable. They currently seem between a rock and a hard place all of their own making and they continue to devalue the invests of all. I shudder to think what the next dilution will do to the sp. Winners will be anyone in at 40p potentially. Hope JAK did a better conference call than the last one and hope a few more pertinent questions were posed. Last conference call was embarrassing. All above my opinion and the rate this is going we will have patents for approx. 13-14 years for enisfenterine should this ever get commercialised. M and P and Michinoko both declare their positions at the 9th hour so to speak. IMO Michinoko have set this in motion and whilst Giles Clarke and other BOD members may have suggested at last agm that no institutional investors had an issue with the board. I reckon they saw this coming and hence all those very big buys a way back earlier in the year. I belive that the BOD will have touted a price that they are looking for and are willing to break it up inoder to secure the best price for themselves and the large ii's as that will hold credibility for future projects. I still see bottom end offer at 27p and top offer at 40p. Broken up and securing top dollar may get us close to 50p however they know that the time is ripe with the weak pound to the dollar and the interested parties will be aware of the current currency benefit should a quick purchase go through. I still believe that the bid will be a knock out bid that will not be trumped and the deal will be done. I expect an announcement by the end of august. I see a minimum 50% uplift by the month end and at worst mid September possibility of a 100% uplift is not out the question as expecting the bid to come from left side and surprise a few private investors. all my opinion but looks like buying money at these prices.

on the assumption that it is infact a buy. as showing as unknown. We have had numerous results over many years and found the rns to be very vague and lacking any real hard statistics. So not overly impressed, more detail in the rns when we missed the endpoints. The marketing of this business imo beggars belief. Nothing happening till 2021. Why would anyone tie their money up in here as once Brexit comes this will be back to 40p by all accounts if past experiences are to be similar. Yes our decline on the aim sp for this company is a horror story but for the speed of the sp stateside decline it is as alarming. However they still need to go even further northwards to catch up with the "significant shareholder value" that Jak has managed to deliver to the sp here in real percentage terms. Nice to see they are going on another jolly to New York. I wonder if they are going to ring the bell on Nasdaq again. Bet any shareholders will give them a warm and generous reception LOL. IMO just look at Jaks interview he did with proactive interview recently and you will see how he tries imo to sugar coat enisfenterine whilst not mentioning the missed end point on the recent study , nor the great big salary or shares he awards himself , nor for that matter that probably not one investor is currently in any profit and in the main are all sitting on substantial losses. Of course we all were suckered by the "significant shareholder value" speech which is enshrined in folklore. if we have had another offer do the company not need to declare it if that is the case or is it potentially verbal and has to be in a written non binding contract so as to be disclosed to the market. My impression is whilst in discussions any offers need not be disclosed. However once in writing they must be. Do not expect any counter bids for about 10 days. Feel more likely one of the big boys operating already will put in a large bid on well above current market price and they will expect it to be withdrawn from sale immediately and the offer put to the shareholders. benefit being a quick uncomplicated deal done. without a carve up and extra legal costs dealing with multiple purchases. done and dusted. I believe 35p to 40p take it or leave it deal.

if Corbyn gets in we will get an even better exchange rate imo. To those that are saying we will go for mid 20's or £1 I feel both are to pessimistic and optimistic and prefer to go with the likes of posters that can reason their prices. so I go closer to stifels price of 37p and for reasons stated if this goes to a bidding war which for all intense purposes it will then I see 40p- 50p but that has to be with a strong wind so to speak. I feel the board will say to a current partner meet figure X and you have it lock stock and barrel. Then someone will carve it up achieving best price. But good luck all. Wow all weekend for the anaylists to try and figure out how much Amerisur will go for and the press articles which will be rampant. Expect this to have another 20percent blue day again on Monday and this will gradually creep higher and higher until they feel they are close to the price. A bid could come from left side and catch current Columbian operators out with an offer that totally trumps all others.

"Chance of offers being rejected"? Non whatsoever as they have to put the best offer to the shareholders and ii's. The ii's will not pass up this opportunity and the fact that this will be sold at a premium as very lucrative opportunity on numerous fronts for many current ornew wanna be operator entering Columbia with no risk as such attached as it is producing. This will go for a premium and could be all cash. or cash and shares to make the offer worth more or could be split to get premiums of several parties for what their specific requirements are.

What was your old ticker? A very apt ticker for this share and we will find out in the next twelve months. Hang in their Izstar. Hoping for a twist in this tale that will see izstar and others at a minimum re-cooperate their money back and hopefully more. My concern is that JAk has invested very little in this so imo he is not that confident. However the flip side is that others are sitting on massive losses from the BOD. For those that remember confusion2 we often spoke and it was CP or MW who said the employees of Verona Pharma would benefit very well from this and no mention of the shareholders benefitting which we both found to be very strange. Maybe they are trying to get rid of all the pi's before they announce a cracking deal. One never knows with these shafty barstewards. But the fact that many of the top new appointments are working in the USA and that is were it has tanked is either a massive concern for poor results due or they are dropping the price on purpose. Strange as of course was the trial where they missed the end points which was highly probable. They are very cunning and devious in which case a class action would probably take place or they are just incompetent as the continual decline in share price tends to illustrate. Well well as expected we would be susceptible to a take over bid. The for sale sign has gone up and we can expect probably at least 25p. If we get a bidding war then I expect closer to 40p. Any one getting in at below 25p I would expect will make a profit. At 20p the market capitalisation is £243million and at 30p is £364.5 million and at 40p only £485million. Bearing in mind that we have no debt and 40 million plus in cash then hardly surprising that this will attract at least 3 serious bidders or more. Cash in bank a shed load of acreage and most importantly 100% ownership of the OBA plus savings it delivers and potential third party. OMG if I remember rightly I believe over £500million was quoted as a realistic price so I am in the camp which says the BOD will look towards getting close to 35-40p. Someone remind me how much we currently make per day. Great big fcking cash cow. The offer maybe greater than many think. The OBA and CPO5 are the jewels in the crown. Remember this is a prime opportunity for a new entrant that wants to get the oba and more to boot. No one in their right mind should be selling under 25p imho. Just do the numbers.

hearing Jak speak re the drug that's name literally will keep you gasping enisfenterine imo like watching Theresa May dancing to Abba songs. neither very appealing and both in way over their heads imo. Sp and Brexit fck up tend to bear this out wow this will be going sub 40p what a fck up for sure.... you could see the desperation in jaks latest interview. How sad for all investors glad most of mine were dumped 90p to a pound.DYOR before investing hard earned cash and all above my opinion of the shambolic ten years greed of those in charge imho.

with JAK . Wow I have never seen an interview that imo is a desperate plea for investors but came across to me as totally unconvincing. Did not discuss how the sp has been totally decimated and how they missed the last end points. Hardly a probing interview. Wish I could have done the interview. Lets have an interview which says how JAK imo has overseen a complete collapse in sp whilst paying himself a fortune. Jak did not mention that nearly every investor is now out of pocket even those that bought at 1p and what he paid himself last year. Farcical and desperate times and not surprising that they have sought to do an interview with pro active I am presuming with the sp on Nasdaq at such low levels has prompted this. But seriously anyone who has done their research will invest in a years time when this has dropped to half a pence in old money. It gave me a good laugh anyway as cannot take this company seriously anymore and feel for all that have lost hundreds of pounds up to large fortunes. Last rns with new arrivals was followed with the rns re not meeting end points ...so probably due another crap rns too follow shortly that can lower the sp again from a company that never fails to disappoint. They employ these high flyers of which we have several to try and convince the shareholders that one day this drug may be commercialised whilst they cream off big fat salaries and bonuses imo. Daylight robbery springs to mind as the woeful sp continues to confirm. If we have all these specialists what does JAK actually do now except to do the odd interview and travel world wide at our expense. Bring back Clive Page and Michael Walker at least they did not milk the company dry imo.

Following today's update I expect the BOPD at sol1 to be commercially viable to the tune of 200 to 400bopd so taking us just shy of 7500 by my calculations if top end figure achieved. Re the 50 % quid pro quo will be for something and we will find out in a future rns. Interesting that money is already with us whilst awaiting licence approval. It is a good move and I fèl confident that such a deal will see further benefits that we may not be totally privy to.This is a partnership building exercise with a first refusal on buying us out also agreed to....on them matching or exceeding any offers from competition. Another subdued sp reaction but will change on announcement of bopd flow for sol1 once announced. Nothing priced in as yet. Fact that directors ha e not dipped in might mean they cannot due to stream of market info due. Gla

probably they are wanting to sell so that they can buy in at the next fund raise which imo will be around the 15p mark or lower but certainly not single figures like last time. Seems an obvious move on their behalf. They would have been privy to more than us on the last fund raise as to the prospects etc. So realistically if it was the huge blockbuster that we all hope for I and many others cannot fathom why they would be selling unless they are going to purchase at the next fund raise. Or alternatively they are not as positive on the potential of the drug to be commercialised any time soon. But time will tell. GLA. I have enough to be interested but if I had confidence would purchase more. Hopefully nearer oct /nov at a cheaper price than current.

concur and I perused an oil analyst report last year in which they said that oil would reach a peak demand in 2020/ 2021 and start decline due to green initiatives come 2022/23. That was all things remaining equal and did not include for large wars or tankers being sabotaged etc etc. Timings mean nothing as indicating towards gusher or duster or anything in between. Nothing is priced in so do not see any drop if sol is not commercial. However if it is good I would expect it to go higher back to 20p dependent on the bopd it produces. Third party should start to gather momentum through the OBA. Exciting times for Amer and struggle as to those that still knock it.
