No one will nreak ranks to buy this as the massive dilution was carried out to get 50% more once phase 3 results are in. JB cannot go nack on this as he has broken his word too many times already and would be unable to justify it. Unless perish the thoughts this is another untruth investors were fed. Mmmmmm . VRP another pharma has had great results throughout phase 2 trials and although it just had another positive result it did not meet it's endpoint and consequently dropped 50%. No real news and surprised that they are doing the presentations as using funds and they already have several interested parties that were unanimous that they would be pay up to 50 % more on successful phase three which will be known dec 2019 or early 2020. So we have the buyers presumably so why waste funds when they could direct towards the condom market even though they said that was on the back burner. Howie. If you can perhaps state your reasoning then it may give your post more substance and thus more credibility. I have to say I think a lowball offer will be coming in around the £1 mark. Probably been planned for a while in my opinion and I am sure any ridiculous offer will be referred to the financial authorities especially in light of Jak saying "significant shareholder value" when it was equivalent to £2.50 new money. Unless he gets £5 a share that statement is always going to be his nemesis. I still believe this will get to £3 if commercialised and allows for further dilution within reason although if competent imo they should not require it.

some poster I believe said after the latest presentations that the end of trial 3 or commercialisation was now looking at 2021 and not 2020. Can anyone clarify and 60 million in milestone payments at the end of trial 3 would equate to probably 56p share price without taking into acct any further dilution which could be another fundraise at hopefully more than the 7p that LO paid last time. Let us put it this way should the goal posts continue to move on what the BOD say then imo they would be better to say nothing until it is a certainty. LO sold a load before christmas so that they could use the loss as a write off against any yearly profits for tax purposes imo. I feel for those that where as jet7 points out seemingly very misled imo by JBs statements and I hope that one day the financial authority looks into seemingly very misleading statements. Lets hope that this does not drop back as I believe else more people that bought in at 20p could soon be sitting on a 40% loss and having been in that position I would not wish it on anyone especially those who can not afford taking the hit or waiting sometime for a revival in sp. Please explain why the drop in shares on loan have held this share. As I would presume the less shares on loan the better. I believe that Amer will make big strides this year and along with this so will the sp. It will get to the point where it simply cannot be held back on the issues of the past. The penny is dropping and this 17p is the last chance in my opinion that they will get shares for sub 20p after results of Cal1 come in. I will continue to top up at any sp that is sub 20p as this will be sold for many multiples of todays price within the next 18 months imo.

the size of todays buys and no uplift yet sells of that size were dropping it by nearly 4-6 % a few weeks ago. Something going on.

As comical as Ananda. it did drop from the 7p to 5.95 so you should have picked them up. If you read what I said properly you would find that I said I could not see them getting a deal for much more than 25p and some have said 50p would be ball park bearing in mind the huge 60% dilution which I have to agree would be terrific SP bearing in mind our position re finances come Nov/Dec at the end of phase three trials. What I did say was that I would buy in November as I perceive it to be around the 5p mark again in Dec. So try and be factual. I will not curse Ananda because the £4.56 will be no where near. That would be stupid to invest on what is discussed on BB. As each has a differing opinion on sp, quality of product or belief in the competence of management. Just read the VOG board and you would understand the dilemma's and differing thought processes that individuals have but to say you might potentially base any investing decisions on the basis of what is said on a bulletin board would be gross incompetence especially if you do not read it correctly in the first place. I have to say you should probably question why LO are selling. I have decided to spend less time on this bulletin board and will only comment on any rns and of course during November/December to see who is closest in their estimate Ananda or I.
