yes how do they manage to fit in so many irrelevant trials that do fck all for the sp or that even appear to bring commercialisation on the horizon any closer, Most drugs take ten years, If we are lucky it may be 20 years and we will by that stage be diluted and lucky to get half our original stake back. Concur with you last post whole heartedly and I see a buyout in 2020 for treble this figure at a minimum in current state of play any increase in BOPD starts to push the T/O price in 2020 past 50p. But an aggressive T/O this year May developed after all, business is business. And our competitors and jvp's would be delighted to own the OBA as huge on going cost savings to be had as has benefited Amer.Why pay a fee to put your oil through the OBA when you can just acquire it. I should think we are on the radar currently of several operators in the region

Yes they do if they wish to be in a strong negotiating position...So yes imo they will need to fund raise before end of year if they are to secure best deal in 2020.

I have known many companies that have changed nomad just before a fund raising happens and imho this will happen here and dilute the share again.

via rns. We just do not get rns re Verona Pharma as think the company blocked them. I believe someone a while back suggested it was due to what was being written on the boards. Not to sure but very possible imho. But yes good news. However flip side is you can have a million patents but totally worthless if cannot get the drug enisfenterin commercialised in the first place, And looking at the latest renumerations you have to wonder if it is just a gravy train for the bod and employers as I think CP or MW once alluded to. Fabulous analogy re Amerisur past and present prospects. I have bought these at 13 pence and 17 pence so have made some profit and now a few are on a loss. Not bothered a jot as this will be moving rapidly. Just look at what is currently going through the OBA. All great news. Just need to get third party OBA announcement asap. Plus RNS when we get our oil transportation licence and I am sure one more acquisition this year may well be announced. I am buying as many as possible and hoping to purchase in August with half yearly bonus but feel I will be paying circa 20-30p by then. Oil price outlook good for the next two years. Yes the fundamentals here have changed dramatically for the better and investors will be well rewarded by start of 2nd half year and there on in. The only downside will be if we fall from our schedule for the drill bit. As per my previous posts I believe external influences have changed and that also included a strong oil price. GLA.....I for one will enjoy the ride and I relly believe the BOD are more focused and aggressively seeking a re rate so that an eventual sale will come in backend 2020 imho.

Non of the people I speak with on this board were expecting $70 to $90 million and are in fact broadly in line with what we expected in fact bearing in mind the royalty barrels etc and price of oil and workovers and the down time on cpo5 wells recently, Then really probably pretty much where most of us that follow it thought it would be in fact I think the highest after tax prediction was £10 million so $1.6 short of the most optimistic prediction. Bland is certainly harsh and I believe that investors need to look at what is in the pipeline so to speak. Their seems a renewed energy and direction and determination to get this valued higher and so that they are never in the same boat as before. I am more than happy with the 12 months and whilst targets were missed I think we all know there were extenuating circumstances. Next rns will be re third party oil commencing use of OBA. And then a quarterly figures perhaps. or half yearly. I just hope they have success with the bit and that they stick as close to schedule with spuds and that they remain transparent. But good luck to all invested . A matter of when sp hits broker target of 32 p not if inmho.

All succinct and no surprises but some nice little bits that I was not aware of and we will be pushing on nicely and the oil price looks likely to remain firm this year looking at the predictions of differing analysts for 2019 and 2020. Seriously should be pushing past 17p with this news and very satisfied that this is going only one way and that is northwards, A few good drills and we will not be here next back end of next year and our share price will be 5 fold from where it currently sits. Happy that Amerisur are being proactive in dealing with local inhabitants and doing their level best to ensure that Columbians benefit from oil tax revenue and money that looks like is being spent to maintain a sound relationship with local community projects etc. Seriously low sp when you consider Amerisur is fully funded and no debt, in excess of $40 million in the bank and acreage increased due to 2018 and 2019 acquisitions. Oba pipeline up from a 5000bopd to minimum 9000 and transport of third party oil to generate a new revenue stream. I continue to purchase as I particularly like the fact that 12 wells are scheduled to be drilled in 2019 and what other company the size of Amerisure can say that. If we have a minimum 9 well success rate then this current sp will be a very distant memory. This will be a transformational year and I congratulate the board for recent developments for which I understand certain politics may have been being played out over the last 6 to 12 mths. It does appear to me and a few that I chat to on this board on a regular basis that we have turned a corner and we are significantly on the up ...as they say. Good luck all. This is a continual buy for me as the fundamentals seem exceptional.

How many children is Jak having to put through private education....is it double figures. Or is he just very greedy. I can understand how people can be so despised. My old man used to hat gutless individuals that had no talent and were overpaid for what little they did. Yes indeed can we presume from todays early rns that JAk has received £580000 in shares and that Piers morgan the cfo has received £280 000 in shares and the new usa vice president £35000 pound in shares. Don't want to go to the AGM and tell them that imo they are a bunch of c.....t's if I have my figures wrong but happy to tell them if my figures can be confirmed. Good luck at getting cheaper shares your not so subtle but fairly transparent posts show your intended ambitions. Luck counts. I see no reason why this will still not make £1 plus takeover in 2020 providing all things remain equal and no hugely material alteration to the planned time table for drills in 2019. and on the proviso that we have 70% plus success rate on the drills being commercial. once the figure and cash in bank is released expect this to shift up two pence again.
