Hardly going to encourage any buying what so ever inmo. COVID rife in USA. I cannot see phase three going ahead on time and trial will imo be delayed into next year. Still amazed that the company have made no contact in respect of sent correspondence. Once again hardly deserving of my investment. I may chuck a further couple of grand at it if it gets into the 30's which I think may be possible this year with no good news that I can see being apparent within the next 6 months. Bit late in the day with the share merger ratio. But probably useful as seems there may be even investors that are even behind those already behind the curve. It is a worry that they even invest their hard earned with so little understanding. suggest some may be as wise to invest in the 140 million euromillions draw this Friday. Anyway why people cannot digest the notion that rns B cannot be released until rns A ratifying the merger is completed I fail to understand and that rns B in all likely hood will see a large cash injection and no dilution. The sp will imo go to 4-5p instantly in my opinion on rns B. The fact that the two CEO's and respective board members of both companies give the merger unanimous support for the quite obvious reasons that are highlighted it does not take a genius to figure out why they bought uruguay acreage, then why they wish to merge to have oil producing assets and further quality assets and why the Major interested in partnership with Perserverance 1 has never left the table. If you really cannot see what is coming and the benefits to BPC and CERP holders of this merger then Friday buy a ticket. I have my tickets for Friday. But more importantly my ticket that has a much better chance is about to be posted with a resounding YES. and I hold 1.6 million shares in total for both shares.

It will only be those that buy in at the next funding round that will either make a very healthy profit or loose everything and imo it relly is the toss of a coin with this lot in charge.

we are down 8% and the USA is up 6% barring the odds on both. I expect this to either be diluted into oblivion or a partnership into semi oblivion or a venture capitalist takes it out and goes private for 60p. All my opinion and nothing more to add as the sp indicates it has been a complete disaster for investors.

Just to let you know merger is 24th of july for the vote so pre merger is any date up till then so 24 days still to go and yes I still expect this to hit 2,2-2.4 pre merger. I know basic statements are difficult for you to assimilate. Also as stated in last e-mail dropped below 2p and still buying. But have to say your continual de ramping is more cause to buy. Are your paymasters annoyed that you de ramping is so ineffective. You may have a p45 in the post imo. Corporate action for the vote yet as I am with large bank and have had none yet. Just wanted to check as with over 1.5 million shares now I want to make my yes vote count. This could be phenomenal re covid both as a pre during and post drug. The main issues is that the recovery can take so long due to the sheer exhaustion whilst rehabilitating. Would not be surprised to see this shoot past 1.50 and when Nasdaq opens probably shoot somewhere close to £1.75- £1.80. exceptional. I agree with those that feel this may be close to £5 in a years time. Now that is worth the wait.

Seen it a handful of times when a merger is taking place the prices are kept where it makes the most sense for us to back the deal hence why this will be kept artificially low. Bpc will be the main rider on us profiteering nicely once merger has taken place as if it is at 3p are shares in old money are effectively worth 2.4 p and most have bought between 1,75 and 1.9.5 even good old IK could not resist. Nor the others that crack on it is a bad merger yeah right lets all load up on the quite. Anyway all looking good and potential to go to 4-5p within a fortnight when the rns obvious imo news will be released;-)).GLA but you do not need it. Just patience of a 4-6 weeks and make 20-40%. Seems best interest rates I have seen recently as sure as eggs are eggs.

However this time we cannot comment until the merger is officially ratified. However starchild does your mother know. and if not why not as money money money will be lost and your Mum will be cursing you saying it's "slipping through my fingers". I think if we looked at the prospects available the board would vote " I do, I do, I do, I do ,I do. We hope the shareholders do to. You see we have a dream but need you to approve the merger. Then you can take a chance on me, well us. So I send you and all your other cerp and bpc investors an SOS and please VOTE YES as the winner takes it all and Irene Krapp and friends will be standing small. Another 4k to my 10k holding and happy with average between 9.5-10p. Fabulous news on keyscaler and tern own 56%. Everyone goes on about companies that tern owns percentages in and how the sale of any one of these would massively increase terns sp probably back to all time highs in the 40p range but has anyone a view on tern actually being bought out by Microsoft and they suddenly get % ownership in 4 very good tech firms with huge market potential. Just flipping it on it's head but would appreciate all views. Happy to have increased holding having had to sell other shares in portfolio yesterday, was hoping for a drop today..... and 24 hour wait has cost me 7% profit. However can see this really gathering pace and still believe that even wylde may suddenly spring surprise news. Most importantly as I think it was Kriss who said re Keyscaler available in azure. Best in class just do the maths. Bang on. Maybe a double digit rise today would be no surprise. Like many investors feel this share has some explosive news to follow.

Find me the answer lies imo that this merger strengthens the hand of bpc in any farm in talks. Anyone who thinks otherwise is deluded and that comes from conversations with friends I know who are in the oil business in differing capacities. So when the farm in happens it will be on terms highly enhanced in favour of what otherwise would have occurred had bpc not had this merger. My opinion only but not really rocket science. I think those that are topping up know exactly what the score is. GLA but with just short of 1.3million shares held in total in both my vote is absolutely YES and I expect 4 to 5p after merger and subsequent rns. This is a quicker root to each company achieving it's goals imo which is a farm in and capital injection at no dilution in shares. Cannot see why investors are puzzled over this merger. WIN WIN for both shareholders and as I have a foot in both camps I guess I feel that all Christmas have come at once and a 10p pre spud SP in December so guess I am feeling very confident.

I guess any institutional investors will be looking to purchase at close to year low sp for funding if they have any sense. Not like Verona Pharma will be in a position to pick and choose so should probably be at 40p as will need to be lower than current price. Covid spike in USA and north Carolina a hotspot so more delays possible which will suit the BOD. Keep drawing those fat salaries and perks.. Still looking for the next position being recruited. Presume it will be an IR post as still lacking. Anyway all the above my opinion so do you research before investing any hard earned.

I shall top slice a few then. expect cerp price to be between 2.2-2.4 pre merger. if after merger it is immediately over 3.3p then said cerp shares will have a 2.67p value old money and thirty percent profit. Once over 4.8p and 100% profit. I believe more investors cerp and bpc are seeing a quicker return than would ever have been possible is highly more likely than had no merger been approved. Can I see 10p by Christmas pre spud perserverance1. ABSOLUTELY IMO. Secretly believe IK is loading up.....She does not really believe the Krapp that she writes.

I keep looking for positions that become available at Verona Pharma and whilst I have not a Jot of Pharma experience I am fairly confident that I could do a better job than has been done over 15 years and I would definitely shift some personnel that in my opinion are dead wood. I have more energy and commitment in my baby finger. They are supposed to be staring phase 3 trials end of September. I am getting giddy just waiting for the announcement saying it has all been delayed and mothballed till after covid vaccine has been found and we can find some lifestyle funding but finding it hard to get any unsurprisingly . Why take part in a fund raise to see yourself lose capital after 5 years and about 60 million wasted. I guess everyone can get mugged of once but not twice imo.
