With heavy heart I have taken the decision to sell my entire holding. I therefore will not be commentating on this board any further except to say I wish you all well with this share. Covid 19 is a main mitigating factor in my decision. As I can see the trials delayed and if the stock markets get hit on a second wave then down she goes and we still have a wait as well till 2022 probably for commercialisation. Expect it to try and reach friday's high. Remember these are in short supply and any good news will see these potentially raise 50-100 % again in a day.

How ever with all the products in the pipeline here and the very novel applications covered by over 256 patents and patented till 2044, this indeed has block buster hallmark stamped all over it. Investors are beginning to realise. Market Value for whole of tills currently £283 million approx. Yet when stemER is formed a seperate company of which those that are buying and holding shares will be in on the record date. You will then have a share in a company with numerous products in phase two plus a covid anti luken drug that is being aggressively researched and developed. Some of these drugs are being developed in line with protocol designed and input by a small number of what seems to be large pharma. The interesting bit is that StemER is being demerged and I think we all know potentially why and That has been tested against the market leader and has shown to be 40-60% more accurate if I have remembered the %'s correctly. The market leader drug sold for £2.8 billion recently. Now I am expecting at least an offer of 750.000 as we have a superior drug which if not used might leave many a practise open to litigation further down the road particularly in certain countries. It could however be sold for SIGNIFICANTLY more but I doubt much less. That demerged company is then valued at over 2.5 time current SP alone. That means £4.50 just for stemER. The beauty is that tils still has drugs that have the potential to be worth even more. Like a previous poster says these opportunities come along once in a blue mmon and I can still see this being between £2 and £2.50 before end of the month. Make sure you are holding for the stem ER share on record date which will come before end of July imo. If a date is announced prior stating the effective date then expect this to rocket. The fund raise is the catalyst to completion of phase three and the pot of gold on commercialisation .But with new funding we now can conduct any partnership deals from position of strength. Do not be surprised to see a partnership deal or a buyout of the MDI and DPI side of this business. This will send the share price over £2 and Then we are totally derisked and picking up royalties potentially or chunky milestone payments . Be surprised if we do not see an rns before end of month with some fabulous news and £2 PLUS SP. ;-)). That means that as of 5 mins ago we were at a £1.35 conversion equivalent so that is great news for the opening on Monday I expect this to really be at £1.50 plus sometime next week looking at Nasdaq. They are more fully in tune with companies worth in the states imo. So I would expect alot more blue next week. They are commercialising this on their own and agree certain elements will be sold of for a Kings ransom and possible royalties to boot. I raise a glass to you all and look forward to £1.50 then £2 , £3 and maybe beyond. Well done to the new CEO lets hope they continue this growth now. Kkriss thanks for sharing the find on advfn. You cannot help but feel that this is due a re rate to the 15p mark and further and beyond. Still have my 20p target set for this year. Would prefer that Tern actually rns all this good news in one rns and the PR firm if we have one operating needs to get their ass in gear imo. This is so undervalued it simply has to re rate. Cannot see why we are not at our highest sp to date at this moment in time.

Have not fully understood the principle. They just believe they are losing money as they see it as losing three Adr's.However also believe that a few in the uk do not understand it either and that actually held the SP back for TILS on AIM today. IMO expect an exceptionally good news RNS on Monday the 3rd of August. Or it may be a 2nd rns on the 31st July that sends this over £2. There is a reason behind this as the admin costs and associated legal costs would not be borne if not to accommodate something coming very very soon. Like I said before it is sometimes what is not said, reading between the lines and thinking what the possibilities are when looking at the permutations outside the box. We have 256patents so it looks like the ip for all our pipeline is extremely well protected and it seems patented through to 2044. That is exceptional in my experience having held a few pharma's. I have to say this is a very very positive play developing here and with all it has to offer a massive offer could come in causing this to multi bag. However as Busy Mum of three highlighted it would be a drop in the ocean for any of the top pharma's to takeout this before it really adds huge value to the drugs with further phase tests. I have a theory and believe a takeover will happen this year or 2021 at latest. But I try to see what is not said sometimes as to what is said and I am very confident and have topped up here further today. A potentially inferior product to Stem ER sold for 2.8 billion. We have at least 2 potential OTHER pipeline products which are in massive targeted markets so on that measure on the future price within two years of that valuation highly probable whether sold of seperately or otherwise the sum total will be very close imo. But each to there own valuation of this but either way it is well over £2
