However With a Market cap of only £21 million the synergies that Tern holds within the stable of companies that it owns either in whole or part must look a very tempting proposition to many a potential tech buyer. As has been stated closer to £300million plus. I am sure a hostile bid put to the shareholders for £200million for tern would be accepted that is a 10x Multibagger. Do not be surprised if news of take over or stable acquisition is not announced this side of Christmas. As sure as I always have some Christmas Pud at Christmas, the SP here at TERN will be 15p by Christmas a minimum or multiples there of. Take your pick

I still expect one of the large oil companies to do a deal for a partnership. Just waiting for the rns once they have dotted the i's and crossed the t's. still in profit and happy to hold hit my target as touched 3.2p so so 2.38 old money so not sure how you have battered me out the park. other respiratory disease probably the one that you get after investing in VRP for ten years. I will buy in if it gets to £2 as should be completely derisked at that price. Otherwise to much of a gamble and realise the rewards are potentially less but imo the risk will be almost none at £2. Lots of other investments that I have already managed to recoup a lot of loss from years in here. Genuinely hope for many good people here that this works but we have heard the talk always and they have never delivered anything . Delighted that my prediction for when merger takes place is nearly bang on the money said it would be 2.2p -2.4p and at 2.70p equivalent to 2.16 just outside the lower estimate but expect after a full days trading of new shares this will be closer to the 2.4p higher estimate or 3p new money. Have made a good few grand thus far on my 1.8p average and happy to hold and make 5 figure profits. Not counting the pennies in that as IK will get confused as used to working in pennies. Guess my next prediction of 5p by Christmas will be easily met. Like I say some non investors are completely inaccurate in there posts so much so they are removed as IK has seen many of her posts deleted. Says it all and really surprised admin have not barred her indefinitely as many posters find her posts totally distorted on BPC. Guess they will get used to her inept ramblings. Hoping the Bridge she lives under may at some stage collapse for all our sake's.

thanks. I am keeping an eye on bpc in the main as expect that to be the driver. I have seen different ratios for share merger. both 0.803 and 0.809. Can anyone confirm. Here's hoping bpc price starts to rise once merger completed. i am sure it will once we get close to spud date being announced.

A farm in partner would in all likelihood not be interested in the perseverance 1 well acreage in isolation. However add all the acreage in Trinidad and Suriname that Cerp brings to the table of the newly merged company and that looks a whole different ball game suddenly. Would not surprise imo if this is happening in the background, GLA Lovely normal board today makes a welcome change. Thanks for posting Tilburns links on here as that is what I like to read. A great reminder to why I now hold in excess of 1.6million shares in total over both cerp and bpc. Obviously that will drop slightly on merger. But will be worth more in terms of value. Happy days

speaking of half year results. I believe that this is why tern is beginning to rise as half year results normally come out sept for the 6 month period ending the 30th june. Hoping to have a good rns then which reflects positive income generating contracts that our different tech firms have signed off. At this price tern has to be a take over target imo. But all DYOR. Small blue rises like the last two days will do nicely throughout August till half year results. I think some investors may be pleasantly surprised when released.
