Absolutely missing the main crux. Most investors that I know on here are invested in sipps and if you are in smart investor barclays or i believe hargreaves lansdown also. VRNA ads cannot be held in a sipp so you sell at a loss before the significant returns crystalise or your share become worth didley squat. So BIG BIG blow for many and purposely orchestrated by Verona Pharma imo. But please speak to your sipp advisors but following conversations today that is my opinion and the current lay of the land. Glad to be out but many stitched up like kippers I am afraid. As I should think maany realised this would be a long haul and put it in such investment vehicle. Get advise quickly guys as if every one sellsas this is going to drop more than the 10%.

I have thought for several weeks now that there has been someone accumulating in the background. The fundamentals have not changed here and therefore remains a very interesting share with multibag potential to the point that it is not if but very much a case of which month before Christmas will the news hit re exit of first business or aggressive tern T/O. The Board need to wake up quickly else it will happen soon and they will receive a lowball offer that they cannot ward off.

It would be great to have an update of some substance to where tern see's the investments currently and the potential future and expected timeline for shareholder returns from the 4 investments.

Darren Anthills words have been well noted by myself and actually had two investors contact me privately. It will be of no surprise to see DA bought out and that will be for a princely sum as tech firms currently all the rage. Expect to see one big tree shake before news breaks imo. Definately an exit in 2020 and further news streams due from all companies.However Tern does seem to be an obvious potential take over as current low price imo will see an aggressive offer put in. Tern has fingers in 4 delicious pies that many a competitor would love to have access to tern pies

I think that you belittle the intelligence of investors. I know little about tech. Have made my money much in the leisure industry. I was fortunately pointed in the way of this stock.But as my knowledge in this area is crimnal I have sought the advice of others who are very tech able. They in turn have also now invested and I continue to top up with confidence in what I feel may be happening in the background. This will get to a new yearly high so that is 16p minumum this year and I stress minimum imo. Goodluck to all investors here

Cannons you may be correct. Certainly the revenue streams are multiplying and multiples of multiples is equivalent to a very significant large sum from what appears to be rapidly growing streams of revenues not even accounting for new streams of revenue.

Momentum on so many fronts and something is building in the background that I am very certain. Will news come before the interim results on the 21st Sept or after. Very good vibe and the potential newsflow is incredible. The services of the 4 companies are massively in demand and are all connected with esteemed companies and facilities. This will be another blue week as word spreads amongst investors.

nice to see you are covering the next shift. you may last longer than the other amateurs who try to discredit a company who actually own varying percentages in quality tech businesses.I expect this to keep rising on anticipation of revenues being revealed perhaps in next rns.
