Puts the pressure back on any would be farm in partners and BPC can negotiate from a position of strength. Plus the other BPC acquisition in Uruguay.
People are beginning to realise that this is a good potential partnership. Cerp shares definitely underpriced currently to BPC shares and therefore as I believe in the partnership I have further to my holding already purchased £10k of cerp shares today. Bpc will hit 5 p this in no ways devalues either business. It infact enhances both businesses and creates further opportunity and added negotiating strength. I have £30 000 total in both companies and fully approve of this merger. GLA. I feel for those that sold in haste yesterday when not realising the potential partnership the deal offered which is surprising as the rns seemed at the time very succinct and sensible to me. I will be voting a definite yes for the merger as it is a bargain and comes with a free carry well to be drilled at no cost just a percentage paid to the driller on production. This is actually a masterstroke by bpc and all shareholders will benefit that have bought into cerp at under 2.4p. No brainer and will be voting yes with both my holdings.

cerp shares should mirror 80% of the bpc sp as that is what it will equate on share ratio when deal is done so if they are 3p we should be 2.4p and if they are 4p we should be 3.2p and if they are 3.33p we should be 2.67p. Hope this helps you all to calculate. No look at both prices and guess which one is best to buy.

Why buy bpc shares when cerp shares are currently a much better buy at the conversion. seriously will not be surprised if this is not back at 2.30p today or tomorrow and if Bpc keeps rising then this will also but percentage is currently very much in favour of buying cerp share if you are looking at buying in to either of these companies

No invest in cerp as as the price stands and o.8 bpc shares for one cerp share then at current sp as we speak cerp is much the better buy and will continue to be. I cannot understand why investors cannot do simple equations to see that at the current bpc price of 2.86p currently is the equivalent of 2.30p in equivalent cerp shares. That is what we are getting based on the share price of bpc being 3.33p it is basically 80% of 3.33p hence the one cerp share equals 0.8 of a bpc share. some people struggle to get their head around this so we are getting a premium of 0.67p if you bought your shares at 2p in cerp., that is on the proviso bpc shares are worth 3.33p when our shares are exchanged. If less than then your. ).67 p nearly 30% profit gets less in real terms and if bpc shares more than 3.33p then your 305 profit grows bigger :-) Leo is not as daft as some believe he may have been. simple terms you buy 1000 shares at 2p costs £2000 (excluding fee). that equates to 800 bpc shares at current price of say 2.60p equals 2080. The more bpc rises the more cerp rises. No cannot see them even addressing the covid issue even though their are similarities between symptoms, that would indicate how the drug could benefit C19 survivors with breathing impairment.
