I don't do work for I.T companies, I Consult for non I.T companies so I deal with all tyres of companies, all of them cannot fill job rolls.

Or when they do it's very high staff turn over. But most don't even turn up on start day or leave within 3 weeks or worse back chat managers ! or don't care if they turn up 30 minutes late ! these does seem more common than 20 years a go. We all know hard working young people I just see the other side more often now than I did 20 years a go.

I think more young people are lazy. I see it daily, they don't want to work, when they get a job it's a lot of back chat, they turn up late etc etc.

I am a Eng/IT consultant and work for 30 companies, they cannot fill Job spaces and most don't even turn up on start day !

Def more work shy as a % than they were 30 years a go imo.

- Today, about 38% of young people (16–24) are economically inactive. highest rates in the last 10 years. Yes more goto college that's because they don't want to work ! More and more daft college arty places these days hence only 50–60% of graduates work in jobs closely related to their degree .

- Creative Arts & Design are the top for being the worse degree's to get work after.

- Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Science, Education, Engineering, Law students are 90% to get a job in the field of study.

unless you have a plan and go into Law or another skilled high paid job most do it because they can.

I guess the plus point is at least 85% of graduates get jobs soon after finishing which is good.

Investerintheknow i did not vote last time as in my other post I planned to get TAX free by 55 it's slighty going over, but I don't care who gets in these days.

3p a mile is nothing I pay £1700 VAT and duty on fuel PA and £650 car TAX an EV will pay what £360 ! and not for a few years yet !

MY issue with labour is welfare spending, they always TAX the earners PAYE and give it to the lazy free ,loaders. the top 1% PAYE workers already pay way too much TAX but they are stuck in PAYE TAX grab.

IMO should have done a 3 child cap and win win for a bigger % of families and put up the 20% personal allowance to help low earners have more money.

AS for cars, I don't get car TAX, it should always be pay per mile and on fuel. you drive more you pay more !! match that to the EV cost per mile every one is happy. you do the miles you pay more TAX !!! why should a 75 year old be forced to pay £750 car TAX to do 2k miles PA just to buy food !! not only this now that are TAXing pensions and savings poor sods.

I won't be Paying much TAX if any ! most of my money is in ISA, and I'll only draw the TAX free from my SIPP PA.

So just a bit of TAX on my savings but as I am not earning money I can get £5k interest allowance TAX free :-) So i'll keep it to that.

I have been planning for 5 years to get TAX free in my life at 56 :-) so I am not part of the plan thankfully. At least VAT was not put up and I don't drive EV's.

I am not happy more % TAX on Div's more %TAX on savings above the 20% bracket !! , Pensions will now be TAXED and by 2030, every man and his dog will be paying 40% TAX.

IT WAS a TAX on earners, and yet again a give to welfare. esp Legal family immigrations with 4+ kids who will now get £14k PA having 6 kids !

Who cares what past prices are when trading/buying a new share ?

I sold RR for £11.33 and got M&S for £3.33

I then sold some more RR and got M&S at £3.28

Do the maths. Buy M&S and RR today lets see what makes the most in 12 months.

For new trades:

£10.50 + 25% is £13.12

£3.47 + 25% is £4.33

for me selling at £11.33 + 25% needs to be £14.16

M&S at ave £3.30 + 25% is £4.13

which one will make 25% first imo M&S hence why I did it.

Lets see what wins in 6 months at I am well up selling RR @ £11.33 and buying M&S at £3.30.

WE will know in 12 months which was right.

IAG and M&S doing well. I sold £30k more RR and got even more M&S at the bottom.

RR should get back to £11 in a shot time frame but then a slow burner but above inflation so ok ish.

M&S is imo where the money is 50% gains imo in 12 months with a 5% uplift today.

I did it 18 months ago it took ages I was also annoyed at the time scales.

Fordm increasing wages does reduce the company’s bottom line, don't go into business !!! Net result is prices up and inflation up.

Fordm they should have increased the personal allowance and let people keep more of the money they own, but no another TAX on small business !!!
