Fordm The super rich are in the 0.0005% club ie the top 156 odd people ie the ultra‑elite , over a Billion and yes that wealth is totally different upto 35 billion. But we do seem to now have an annual decline in billionaires !

As I like a stat you can see if you are in the 1% club quite easy these days. but to be in the 0.3–0.4% ex your house price you need >£2 mil say circa 200,00 people. So you are either in the top 0.3- 0.4% Ultra‑affluent or not, you cannot pretend to be in it or out it and moan about a stat.

these “property millionaires” screw the figures as it's a lot more common to be a "“property millionaires” now days.

RR has made a lot of people in the real 0.5% club or better, one guy had 3 mil in his ISA here, must have left now.

badland what is you pot size now ? i know you won't say. so ex a house asset (as you have to live in a house) are you in the real wealth uk 1% club ?

i have total freedom @56 and don't have to post day on day how the rr sp is still 5% down over a 1/4 of a year. my dogs nose is thus is ok.

if you are 14 thousand % up (lol fake bull****, you would be listed on the 100 uk rich list) why you on here moaning every single day ? the sp makes no odds to me, i'll sell em at £10.20 and be all out. not bothered.

Yes that is always the Gamble, but I like a balanced pot with great div stock and small risk.

look at all the people moaning the last 3 months of RR drops 1/4 of a year now 5% down.

S&P is only up 13% in 12 months you will find how did you get to 33% ? . add 34 and 33% together you idiot :-) for a 1.6 years of 67% growth.

So does BAE now look a cheap share ? they get Gov funding after all.

Badland pays to be a LTH , i look at my shares 1st every month see if any need mods or any deals about , then look at the % TAX year end.

last year up 34% this year up 33% so far. I need 8% to live like I do and pay myself very well with no pot shrinking, 15% makes me a lot richer +15% is magic money. YTD RR is 78% up so happy days.

I do all my forecasts on 8% PA growth and can take a 20% drop at any point, plus hold 3 years cash. Trading is pretty much worry free.

I only care what's it's done the last day of March :-)
