1: - Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) projects slower GDP growth over the next five years, reflecting weak productivity, high borrowing costs,

2: - Growth is expected to shrink in the near term

3: - Inflation is forecast to stay above the Bank of England’s 2% target for longer than expected,

4: - households squeezed by frozen tax thresholds so wages and TAX will not keep up with inflation under Labour.

Net result is a “high-tax, low-growth” environment under Labour and the FTSE don't like that outlook very much !!

people here say it was a good budget and were happy with it, it's going to make every one poorer for 4 years in row !!

It's still down 11% in 2 months and some people were all in so it must sting a little looking at a pot down 2 months on a run..

and that does NOT offset 3 months so over 12 weeks people are down 5% for a 1/4 of a year.

I think that upsets a few holders who seems to be stuck in the RR hype and all in on one share.

Very few are negative, it's the same few blinkered people who hype the share up, it's an odd thing to do, it's lost a lot of people a lot of money.

IE people buying on the hype at £11.80+ !!

The rides over, I see a lot of people bailed out on the drop and good for them. we are not seeing 100% gains PA any more people need to get that in their thick heads :-)

One has to seek out recovery stocks, this has been there done it.

Great share to hold to keep above inflation, but that's about it imo.

with unemployment up and growth forecasts down the budget was a bad one, steel from the rich on a fake black hole to fund welfare and public sector pay rises as normal. Working class will start to feel the pain in 3 years on these crazy low wealth sapping personal allowances.

I see no issues the budget is how poor we will be in 2030 !!! not next year.

MarkPatrick I was stating the RR high share price and the price today, and the % it's down.

If you have nothing to add or talk about RR with why post ? , in 5 years here you have never posted anything about RR.

What I do know is any money you had in RR is worth 11% less than is was 29th Sept. that is a statement of FACT which seems upsetting to you for some reason.

And as we know some here are 100% in knee deep.

But I would rethink what you need to be happy and stop posting £30 in 4 years and reinvest in other area's.

Already doubled my retirement target. You have to realise a lot of people here are done and don't need big Growth.

I avoided the losses from £11.93 to £10.50 in the main, only about 3% off my highest where people big in RR or all in are still 12% down !

I even put a chunk into a VUAG fund in the dip in June which is 18% up in just 5 months !

divs and funds are SOLID growth outstripping inflation by 3 to 4x's .

It will take you a long time to just get back to your September money.
