Assuming the acquisition goes through I imagine the new group will be of interest to many fund managers. I can genuinely see us getting to 100p come YE so £150m market cap. Assuming the teal-time monitor isn’t ready before YE I imagine the circa 3,000 Microtox units will be retrofitted and they’ll be struggling to keep up with demand for new business. I suspect we’ll hear of OEM deals once the prototype has been tested and finalised.
Remember there is a lot more to MWG and SKIN than real-time monitoring.

Circa 1bn SKIN shares in issue and 500m MWG so 1/3rd. After 10-1 will be 150m in enlarged group and same ratio applies.

Getting out of pennies and say 30-40p with fewer shares in circulation as well as a market cap in excess of £50m will put the new Integumen on many more radars including fund managers and more. Onwards and upwards.

The CEO et so always do webinars following results, standard. In the last one he also said they have sufficient cash at the current burn rate until well into next year and possibly the year after so I very much doubt it.

Fundamentals haven’t changed and we should have news on the real-time prototype by end of Sept (this quarter) and that should get this over 5p I reckon. Also it seems as well as monitoring they will add a tool to predict likely outbreak areas.

MWG releases news on 18 June re collecting data to predict outbreak areas so I assume they’ll do this for Covid too which will surely be demanded everywhere.

That looks like a great fund and water monitoring will be key so SKIN could be a recipient of investment but also MWG given the monitoring and other divisions. I’d imagine MWG would be even more attractive but once the real-time package is launched both will be on many a radar!

I imagine no sales team will be required and incoming sales will keep them busy for a good while which is why OEMs will be key to satisfy likely demand.

Gerry and the team are clearly putting the infrastructure in place to ensure once the prototype has been produced, tested and validated we’re good to produce in decent quantities and get it to market. Not as simple as it seems but Gerry is about partnerships and having a smaller portion of a much bigger pie. Why have 100% of £10m rather than 10% of £1bn for instance.

Even before the results and demonstration we are working on the supply chain collaboration and partnerships

Once the market cap gets to £50m (5p/share) SKIN will get on the radar of fund managers so will attract more investment.

I imagine that won’t take too long given we are expecting an update on teal-time monitoring this Q. Exciting times and now fully funded it’s onwards and upwards.

Not meaning to be a pedant but they won’t just go with the NOMAD’s view they’ll have to as that’s why the NOMAD is there!

I imagine they’d think it’s material so will be a regulatory RNS rather than reach.

Yes any material news has to be released ASAP so they can’t sit on BAMS for instance to release with LFT. BAMS news is surely imminent and could be intraday.

RNS is due any day and any time as intraday is possible. Given Han**** and what he said they are clearly desperate to get an many live samples testing on LFT as possible as they want it signed off for validation and production ASAP.

Yes the share price could drop a little first ting without an RNS but given the number of RNSs that could drop risking waiting for a small doesn’t seem too clever. That said, always do what your gut and research tells you.
