I think the offer doc is a aimed to be published by AGM and us MWG shareholders will either okay the 1 for 10 (1 for 1 pre-consolidation) or not. I’ll certainly want my MWG shares in the new entity and I imagine most holders will. I’m firmly of the view that anyone not voting for it will be cutting their nose off to spite their face.

Yes you could say MWG is worth more but so is SkIN/Deep Verge and no doubt coming together the new group will create a lot of shareholder value.

I imagine the large holders IIs will vote it through (definitely those who invested in the last raise) and many old holders will who have seen the turnaround but there might be some disgruntled investors voting against.

Yesterday was SKIN’s meeting not MWG’s. The votes and subsequent approvals were for SKIN not MWG.

No the offer doc needs to be published and then a bite will take place. All being well MWG will be part of Deep Verge.

One thing for sure is I’m expecting some good news on or before next Thursday. Next week should be a big one and I’m sure ahead of the takeover/merger both share prices will be a fair whack higher. An exciting end to the year looks nailed on.

I’m not sure you understand the RNS on 28th re takeover, Capro. It’s 1 for 1 re shares I today and if SKIN consolidates 10:1 the same applies to MWG. The share prices for both are irrelevant. MWG and SKIN especially both undervalued although a merger should see the new group start to realise its potential and I can see 100p (so joint 10p today) in the not too distant.

My bet is you knew someone who did and were culled in the cost-saving exercise. No doubt the current CEO has made a hash of creating a sustainable business but the new direction seems to be a genuine positive turnaround and the takeover/merger can only seal the turnaround. Onwards and upwards, as it has been since the new Chairman came on board.

You need to re-read the RNS. It’s a 1 for 1 deal and all being well the new group will consolidate 10-1 which will make it more attractive to fund managers and IIs.

As a fairly large MWG holder it doesn’t matter to me if it goes through and the share prices are at 3p and parity. The point is IMo both PLCs are undervalued given the potential and tech and MWG is being turned around and will continue under the new leadership and group. I imagine MWG might need more cash in the not too distant but who knows as their costs are lower. Either way and although only the beginning the turn around at MWG seems good and the tie up makes sense to me. A good deal for all.
