The genius is either too thick to understand RNSs or is trying to deceive in a far from intelligent way. Very transparent and as far from genius-esque as I’ve seen.

Hi Bladey, I kept my core holding which is chunky for me but bought some after the raise at 120p for 100p when it dipped and sold them on the way up. Still holding my original number and am believe there is a lot more to come and mainly outside of diagnostics although short term upside a lateral flow test.

Yep, plenty of bed wetters over the last couple of days and now they’re claiming leaks and imminent news. A little tiresome. The main thing is the deal goes through which it surely will and lots of positive RNSs to follow.

I think we need to chill when the price rises a fair whack and when it falls. I think after a couple of days uncertainty we’re getting some equilibrium and fairer value back.

I don’t expect news until GB is back from hols but that said any material news will have to be released. No point in getting hopes up for an RNS. Happy for no news and to consolidate nearer to 4p than 3p.

You say SKIN can’t manufacture them which is clearly a lie. You’re either a little slow or disingenuous.

The elephant in the room of the bull****ter on the BB?

Integumen announces that it has signed a three-year revenue-sharing, manufacturing agency agreement ("Agreement") with Modern Water plc ("Modern Water") to manufacture and provide logistic support for the Modern Water's monitoring reagent consumables. The Agreement is for $1.25m (GBP1.04m) per year for 3-years, worth a total of $3.75m (GBP3.12m). The revenue share split is 60% / 40% in favour of Modern Water, after costs, and is subject to rolling 12-month extensions thereafter.

In addition, Integumen confirms a further 100% expansion of its purpose-built product and development laboratories in York, UK, to 6,000 square feet, adding six more laboratory rooms to meet growing demand. Two of those laboratories will be allocated to the production of Modern Water's bacteria reagent. As part of the Agreement, a further three full-time laboratory technicians will be recruited to join Integumen's team of highly skilled scientific specialists in bacteria, virus and toxins.

Different applications are good but a nerve agent that the Russians use once every couple of years and although mishaps occur generally have very specific targets.

Anyway, an exciting month ahead no doubt.

I think it’s pretty obvious most recognise MWG has superb tech and that the management haven’t been able to create a sustainable business model or shareholder value. That seems to be changing and I don’t think it’s a coincidence the new Chairman is having a positive effect.

I’ll be voting for the takeover and am not getting hung up on the £20m or so validation at the time of offer more getting the same number of shares in the larger group albeit a smaller % of a larger pie. I think the pie will grow substantially over the coming months and next year.

An exciting time for both MWG and SKIN holders.

I’ve got a decent enough holding in both and will be voting for the takeover without a doubt.

Has to be a sell hence the drop. No doubt a warrant holder banking some very decent profit. Hard not to blame them.

Not pretty seeing the fall but a share for a share and a leaner co which shouldn’t take long to integrate as they’ve been working together for several months and the BoD will have a clear plan and path to sustainable shareholder value.

Looking forward to this getting voted through and moving forwards. News on real-time test due this month so my bet is when Gerry returns from his break. Obviously any material news has to be published ASAP but hopefully in the next few weeks we get word the prototype is being tested with the live virus and then OEM deals announced.

Short term pain it seems but if you’ve done your research and are confident it’s a mere bump in the road.

The most infectious people generally don’t show symptoms and at the early stage so it’s a positive.

Indeed so 1 for 1 now (before consolidation).

Surely those that sold some SKIN to buy MWG have done well as they sold SKIN for more than they bought MWG for. Assuming the takeover goes through it’ll be good business.

3 MMs on at 3.3p 1 at 3.4p.

All being well anyone with MWG shares will get a new group share for every MWG share. The enlarged share capital would be circa 1.5bn and then they’ll consolidate 10:1 so it’ll be 150m and if the group share price was 7p for instance it’ll now be 70p and if you had 500,000 shares you’ll now have 50,000. It is not dilution and will make the group more attentive to fund managers etc.

The main thing is to be over £50m market cap to attract fund managers and leave the penny share bracket too and we will do both. I suspect we will have news this month re the prototype so I suspect we will be well over £50m market cap and nearer to £100m.

An exciting time for both PLCs and given the shareholders the deal will surely go through and work our well for both lots of holders.

If you have 2.5m shares in SKIN and MWG you’ll have 5m in the new co before consolidation and then total share go from circa 1.5bn to 150m and you will have 500,000 in new co. All good and nowt to worry about. Consolidation makes sense and will be more attractive to IIs and find managers. At £50m market cap it’ll get on more radars and the higher it gets the more radars and investment.

SKIN was 4p and add MWG it’d in theory be 7p so after consolidation 100p is less than 50% upside and given news that’s due it seems more than feasible.
