He was owed 20m shares due to the work he had done as room shares rather than salary and for the most part the share price was well below 1p for the tine he was there. You are disengenuous or do not understand the agreement.

With the reagents being delivered this half and with the large ticket wins end of H1 but being realised H2 as well as the large order of new kits finally being shipped to China this half the revenue H2 should be at least double H1 and with the reduction in costs hopefully little or no cash burn.

I hope we get news on the testing ASAP to stabilise the share price. The share chart is awful and I’m not selling any but the frustration is understandable so a few are selling and putting their money where they believe to be Better value.

I’m as frustrated as the next investor but see a lot of value and near term upside so am staying. I think the takeover makes sense and the collaborative approach the way to go with fewer costs, and a smaller piece bit of a much bigger pie.

Of GBP900,000 project has been received. The estimated net value to Modern Water for stage one is approximately GBP50,000 and for both stages is between c. GBP235,000 and c. GBP270,000.

The project consists of an initial pilot plant for the zero-liquid-discharge system of the Company's All-Membrane Brine Concentration ("AMBC") plant and is expected to reduce the operational costs of wastewater treatment for the specialty chemical production facility of our collaboration partner. On completion of stage one, it is intended that a larger plant is to be installed with the smaller pilot AMBC plant to be used for demonstration with our collaboration partner's clients in projects across India, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia .

Oh and H1 was poor revenue-wise for definite but good to see costs were cut and actually the comprehensive loss for the half was actually reduced. Regardless looking at the 48% in reagent orders in H1 which were shipped so realised in H2 as well as larger ticket orders in H2 it’s clear H2 will be well above H1 -

Further to the announcement on 30 March 2020 notifying production commencement of the first batch of Modern Water ("MW") reagent, Integumen plc ("Integumen") has commenced s hipping to meet the back-orders and growing demand for water contamination detection bacteria from existing clients. With the increase of water hygiene controls around the world due to the COVID-19 public health crisis, production volume has doubled to a list price value of GBP500,000 per batch. Revenues from sales of reagent produced under the revenue sharing manufacturing agency agreement with Integumen (the "Agreement") will be split 60% / 40% in favour of Modern Water, after costs. The Company expects that that sales of reagent under the Agreement will have a value of at least $1.25m in the current financial year.

Integumen and Modern Water have accelerated the integration of their respective water monitoring equipment and AI based contamination detection abilities following increased orders of the Microtox range in Europe and SE Asia, including back fitting Integumen AI based capabilities to the 10 top-of-the-range Microtox CTM units to be shipped to China in the third quarter of 2020 as announced on 23 December 2019.

Microtox equipment are built to be modular and expandable. Within this hardware capacity Integumen is configuring its RAWTest [i] AI real-time alert solution to expand the capability of the instruments to detect bacteria, nitrates and phosphates. The roadmap for this integration includes the ability to detect viruses such as SARS-Cov-2.

The environmental arm of DEFRA [ii] has confirmed it is looking at wastewater epidemiology and US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is already monitoring human waste [iii] , the ministry of ecology [iv] in China are mandating the hygiene monitoring of water and wastewater and dormant buildings during the epidemic have built up contaminated water in their pipework [v]

We’re lucky it wasn’t published last Friday as I bet we would’ve fallen very nearly the same amount and the climb back would’ve taken longer. This should regain momentum ahead of further news.

Nice article and I would guess a real-time solution would sell itself as Why would you wanna be a week behind the curve, albeit still well ahead of antigen testing. Also, why send people out there with their PPE collecting samples when you can place the units in various spots? From the article -

People making comparisons with Astra Zenica, Pfizer et al clearly don’t know their onions. Vaccines are wanted the world over so pre-orders to these massive Pharma cos inevitable. There are 100s of antigen and antibody tests being developed and out there so ordering from minnows before validation is folly. Not shouting anyone down I just thought it obvious.

The good news is we don’t know who else is going real-Rome monitoring so it’s not surprising to hear we are working with wastewater cos before validation. To be fair it’s already proven with ecoli but we are certainly a step ahead.

These vaccine cos are massive and have been there and done it. We are an AIM minnow and little known here. AVCT et al haven’t RNS’d preorders either.

A balanced board is always the healthiest so comments on both sides are welcome for definite. What I don’t like is those with a clear agenda who make spurious claims which are meant to imply wrongdoing. I believe the muggins has gone down that road a couple of times. It’s a shame as he/she does ask valid questions re strategy/business model.

To emphasise a board of happy clappers taking all as gospel isn’t what I like to see.

I’m disappointed in the share price but have been invested for 18 months or so and have faith in the direction of travel and think the MWG a great move but I understand given the financials and many a strategy pirouette it looks dodgy. I have faith in GB and his team but will be sure to continue scrutinising RNSs and will raise questions when needed.
