At the moment I agree, Paul. I was pointing out that the number of shares in issue makes a difference.

I think the market is perhaps nervous that MWG has a history of losing money year on year and although it’s reduced its cost base the revenue fall in H1 doesn’t look good although actual losses were reduced and we expect H2 revenue to be a lot better as large contract RNSs and the revenues would fall into H2 and the reagents were being shipped H2 as well. Remember all the new kits to China were due to be shipped Q3 so H2 I would hope will be at least double H1 revenue and possibly profitable.

At the moment the market is giving no upside, agreed but hopefully come the guidance next year things will change.

Newuncle, if the share price was 24p before acquisition and is 24p after acquisition the market cap has increased as there is 1/3rd more shares so circa 50m shares adds £12m to the market cap.

I’m amazed the share price has held up so well after the raise. I sold a little over 10,000 as I’m taking my allocation for 40p so easy money!

I think this one is under the radar and we’ll find out who’s bought the shares post approval and TR1s. I assume other Tier 1 providers will be signing up soon and I imagine the share price will be nearer to 100p than 50p in the not too distant. The potential here is massive and yeah on revenue the market cap looks toppy but I think revenue will accelerate massively. I expect MIRI to be a takeover target before it gets too pricey.

The CEO is a very good presenter and I imagine there will be decent volume after his presentation next week.

I imagine most of the raise was funded by US investors and with an even stronger balance sheet larger deals to drop. I wish I’d bought more but have to sell elsewhere to buy more here and am awaiting news on all.

Publishing RNSs for smallish contrasts looks desperate. Yes the share price is crap but he’s delivering. £500k in 2018 to £1m last year, £1m H1 20 and £3m H2 and growth will continue to accelerate next year. Superb so hopefully next year is nearer to £20m revenue than even £10m!

Anyway, the obsession with RNSs is good for traders but by the by for investors as the figures will do the talking.

Pretty much sums up for outlook. Definite obsession with RNSs. GB has said he’ll do X and has delivered. If you’re here short term and trading the obsession is warranted but if you’re here medium to long term the fundamentals have got stronger and stronger and I’m sure the 18 top 20 cosmetic cos will be increasing their spend next year and more businesses to joint too as well as remote trials and all the other plays.

Anything 10% of revenue or above from the prior year is material and needs to be RNS’d so it’s not surprising this hasn’t been as revenue last year was £2.9m and this nifty bit of kit wouldn’t be worth that. Good to see more wins though. H2 clearly a lot better than H1 given the large win RNSs and the reagents being shipped H2.

Yep to be fair the chart isn’t looking good and hasn’t done for a while but looking back on the RNSs there are so many positives. First and foremost we were told to expect £4m revenue in Jan and we will deliver that whereas the vast majority of cos understandably haven’t met expectations. H2 will be £3m in revenue so surely profitable which is a watershed half.

The acquisition of MWG looks like another Rinocloud IMO, massive synergies and added value for a great deal. Both so-called Covid plays will outlive Covid as they will identify a large number of targets and they can be added to.

I’m looking forward to the trading update in Jan and hopefully we’ll get revenue guidance then too. I’m here for the medium to long term and like most am frustrated with the share price but I’m sure it’ll look after itself.

It is undergoing the final phase of testing in Europe, US, and Asia so a little early to start marketing.

The UK was the 5th largest economy before the Brexit vote. Also, the difference in size between us and the top table is massive. We wanna be targeting US and China which is what we are doing. Great that we have offices there and are testing both solutions there.

If I had some available cash I’d buy more but I’m fully loaded and am not far off 1% of group. TW is as good as British Bulls so a little better than 50/50 which is your average punter.

Not certain but we have historically re FY, kinda pre-audit update. Most PLCs do so.

How is the breathalyser too little too late when Covid will likely be with us for years like the flu. In any case it’s being developed to identify 40 or so targets so it’s certainly not too late. It is on the final phase of testing do development costs already absorbed and using existing tech of partners means fewer costs to launch etc.

They can’t sell a solution to the cruise cos until testing has been completed, I’m not sure that’s hard to understand why contract RNSs haven’t landed. Simple.

I imagine easy cash from reagents, retrofitting 3,000 existing units and new business will mean funding not required and debt facility and warrant cash fund growth.

Let’s see what the trading update in Jan brings.

How many shares were in issue?! We have 1/3rd more now due to MWG holders. The share price is annoying, no question and more so because TW is making money on the fall!

GB said £4m in Jan this year and we’re gonna achieve that in a pandemic. Hats off. I’m sure the share price will look very different come end of Q1

40% increase in reagents being ordered and most were fulfilled in H2 so they did not appear in interim revenue. I assume the trend continues as we employ more scientists to fulfil orders. Money for old rope. Great stuff.

Muggins’ negative slant on hiring staff to fulfil orders is odd. I’d much rather hire people because of demand rather than people to create demand and I was a BD Director for many years!
