Oh and as far the the trails so I’m relaxed re their outcome. Clearly I’d love both to work and be commercialised but with the Organic labskin growth and massive potential MWG potential I’m very confident. That said I do expect the Microtox PD testing to be successful and the retrofitting on 3,000 units to take place which will be superb and recurring revenues too. I also expect a lot of new business to come as a result.

In the near term I would not expect products under test to be included in guidance so they’ll be a massive bonus. Huge potential here regardless.

I’m not sure that should have been directed at me. I was urging realism and patience and lasted the Nov RNS re phase 3 testing and results in early 2021. I’m not expecting anything until past mid Q1 so end of Feb likely.

I would expect fewer tweets on both products whilst they’re undergoing testing. We should get a trading update in the coming weeks and it’s anyone’s guess whether we’ll have an update on testing perhaps to say it continues in such and such sites and we expect to report results in X weeks. They may not say anything at all, I’ve no idea!

I’m just saying to suggest there is a reason for no update is off-key and I’m glad we’ve had all the other positive updates on new products and clients!

Dasbig, how often do you want RNSs/updates? We had an update on Nov 16th saying we’re going into phase 3 testing and that has to be set up and then kick off. Not even 2 months ago. We need data so the longer the better. I’m not sure many quite get what it entails.

In addition, DeepVerge has agreed to license a patented breathalyser from PulMoBioMed Limited ("PBM"), a spin-out technology company of Northumbria University, to capture SARS-CoV-2 particles in breath condensate for the DeepVerge optofluidic breath test ("Microtox BT").

Phase 3 field trials are expected to begin shortly at multiple sites in Northern England. In collaboration with EcoWaterOS consortia partners, aggregated anonymised data will provide datasets for AI model simulations from human volunteers who will undergo COVID-19 testing with a combination of Microtox BT, a lateral flow antigen test and a rt-PCR test. Sufficient datasets are anticipated to be complete early in 2021.

Given the urgency and the fact we have MHRA fast tracking (as well as having conducted phase 2 here) and it’ll be 3 weeks on Friday since we were told of the amended trial which was positive and first patients to be dosed imminently.

Is it not a little odd we haven’t had an RNS staring the first phase 3 patient has been dosed? Why would we need to have for instance the US trial reading to go in order to kick off here for instance? Surely if all is ready in the UK for instance and given the gravity of the pandemic we would get cracking in whichever country is ready?

Agreed although I think we should be more than happy with £10m and exceed it.

Anyway, only a couple of weeks to wait.

Chesh we’re a high growth company looking to dominate our spaces so any money generated for the next couple of years should be ploughed back into the business to accelerate growth.

Dividends a few years down the line I would expect and hope! Let’s grow and dominate!

We haven’t long been in phase 3 testing and the more data collected the more accurate so I doubt we’d get anything much before mid Feb. Patience needed I suspect but yeah society needs our products ASAP.

I think we need some realism. Even assuming MWG contributes £2m in 2021 and we are suggesting £10m group revenue that’s still £8m for labskin which will be double 2020 and 50% more than what was guided for 2021 a year ago.

Anyway, let’s chill and wait for the guidance but £10m and profitability would be amazing.

Fair point Newuncle although I will say given the stage we are at and high growth I believe we should be nearer to 10 X than 5.

The thing I love with labskin and monitoring is the recurring revenues. Framework agreements give us decent visibility (why in Q1 20 we could see £2m booked revenue) and with reagents surely on the up and real-time monitoring and forecasting will also give AI recurring annual revenues too.

Really looking forward to the RNSs this Q. Onwards and upwards.

I meant in the Jan 20 research note we guided £4m FY20 and £6m FY21.

Good stuff but let’s not get greedy! £10m guidance would be amazing given a year ago we were guiding £6m and the additional £4m would not just come from MWG so increasing organic revenue guidance is superb.

Anyway, hopefully we’ve only got a couple of weeks to find out.

Ha, I had worked that out too chesh and had used 10 fold revenue for market cap and also predicted £10m this year so yeah around 60p share price.

Jan 20 we guided £4m FY20 and £6m FY21 but with the acceleration and £3m H2 as well as MWG revenues I think £10m a good shout and great progress and anything more superb.

I suspect we will have the trading update and 2021 guidance within 3 weeks and hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

We know H2 was treble H1 and momentum continued into 2021 so I imagine we are manic and if anything are struggling to keep up with demand. I suspect we will have to wait until mid Q1 for an update on testing but the impressive labskin growth (New product launches) and framework agreements will get this motoring.

A massive 2021 for the group and remember AMBC I imagine will also have an impressive year for MWG.

We are yet to compete tech transfer so don’t have the first batch to test so I can’t see how it’s us.

Of course he’ll hold!! He also takes his salary in shares each month and I imagine this will be his final hurray and I imagine it will be a superb one. I’ve been invested for nearly 2 years and have built a decent position that I won’t touch for a good while. Massive potential and really looking forward to the Trading update and guidance in the next 2-3 weeks hopefully.
