There will clearly be NDAs in place but I am ecstatic they are already working with wastewater utilities and I am sure once testing in Aberdeen has been concluded they will roll out the units with them for real-life testing. Remember Michigan is due to kick off last week in Nov and we’ve seen that MWG are retrofitting units so it makes sense. Onwards and upwards.

BBC news ran the wastewater story and showed samples being taken So some were saying we are not on the radar, WTF? We are still testing but will clearly be involved.

We are currently testing in a category 3 lab which is our stage 2 and are retrofitting units which will then be rolled out in real-life testing which will be stage 3 and we will test ‘in the field’ with wastewater utility cos who we have been working with since June. So at the moment they are testing the old school way (Physically taking samples) but I assume only until there is something better which is real-time and 24-7 which needs to complete testing then be validated which is what we will be doing in stage 3.

100p would be around £150m market cap assuming the takeover happens. Tech cos generally have more favourable valuations so I’d suggest if one or both the Covid products work and are launched early next year I’d suggest we’d be nearer to 300p than 100p. Both products are future proofed and although the demand should be massive due to Covid both the solutions can be used to identify a huge number of pathogens/contaminants.

I also believe Labskin will grow both in the West and in China with their regs changing. AMBC Modern water product should also gain more traction through partners in India and elsewhere. I genuinely expect 100p to be breached early 2021. I think Once the market realises the huge number of applications for both products it’ll re-rate.

China certainly appreciates modern water’s tech. Remember there was a directive from Sichuan Department of Ecology and Environment Office to monitor water quality more closely which resulted in a chunky order for MWG and one would think we will see more and more of this.

Once one province uses real-time water monitoring more will follow and other countries will want a piece. The same will apply to the US where we have a contract and a foothold.

Most useful I would think for any potential clients to stream-line any particular sector that were aiming at,or indeed introduce any factors they hadn't thought of.

I’m not bothered by the UK and our inept gov. There is a big wide world out there and we’ve already secured a deal in the US and I imagine more to follow and we have a decent footprint in China. This is proven tech (ecoli) and years in development so once validated will be rolled out with 3,000 existing units and no doubt the Chinese will be ordering more and the UK will probably follow.

Yep no labs, technicians, swabs, reagents etc needed but a self administered rapid test for mass screening and daily if necessary. PCRs are well and good but once cheap, self admin tests are readily available PCRs will be used a lot less.

I think the world is crying out for antigen tests rather than antibody tests. That said I’m sure they’ll sell a fair few but not the 10s of millions a week that quick self-administered antigen tests will sell.

They’ve only just started so we are ahead albeit I’m sure they have the resources to accelerate. Hopefully our testing is going well in Aberdeen for both tests and we can start to test in the field for validation come December.

It was 1 MM vs 2 MMs and now 2 v1 so a little more buying and could go higher.

Given this year will not include Covid revenue hitting £3m H2 so £4m FY is superb. If they expected to exceed £4m I am sure rather than saying the recent wins underpin the forecast they’d say they expect to exceed expectations by 10% for instance. Either way £4m will be superb and remember these Labskin agreements are multi-year and recurring. The recent 3 new client wins were initially for 3 months but all going well I’m sure they’ll enter into the longer term contracts which should mean around £200k/client pa. Sure there will be more wins too and remember China is changing its regs and we are on there and I’m sure will be winning contracts there for labskin next year.

Then we have Covid plays and low hanging fruit in retrofitting existing MWG units. With MWG coming into DVRG I am hoping next year’s revenue is closer to £15m than £10m.

Anyway, let’s hit £4m FY20 and have an update on Covid plays on the coming weeks and hopefully what the broad plan is for the MWG integration. Remember although they have offices in China (good for Labskin too) and recently sent new units and reagents there they are also doing well in India with AMBC. Water scarcity/cleaning/reusing will be more and more on radars as well as monitoring.

The 2020 is without any Covid revenue and I imagine the larger group will be over £10m 2021 as surely another double up next year for SKIN so £8m and £2m for MWG.
That said with real-time water monitoring and breathalyser I expect DVRG revenues to be well over £10m as if the combined two will be sold as an end to end solution to cruise cos, resorts and much more. Even post Covid they can be used for other pathogens etc.
The share price is frustrating as hell but I imagine come Q1 with some positive RNSs we will be nearer to 100p than 50p.

You’re asking Tit a technical question re the share price. Anyone who refers to British Bulls hasn’t a scooby.

Also let’s say it has as good as a 70% effective rate. I’d wager less than 50% of the population would take a vaccine that’s taken a year or less to develop so around 1/3rd of population okay and remember the virus mutates and people get reinfected.

Unfortunately this virus will be with us for many years to come.

I’m not sure you’re the smartest but DVRG has only just begun live virus testing in a level 3 lab so as incompetent as our gov is it would be folly for them to work with us or mention us until it’s validated.

Ha, no worries.

Hsbc didn’t have a scooby and I phoned twice so the person I spoke to on Monday and said they’d look into it either did or the letters were about to be sent anyway. Just glad it’s sorted.

A tough few weeks and I’m sure come YE the share price and sentiment will be in much better places.

I got letters from HSBC advising me how to take action on their platform which I’ve done. Good to go.

You can see in the offer docs they have sufficient cash going well into 2021. It’s there for all to see.

SKIN did some £274k in 2017, £500k in 2018, £1m in 2019 and projected to do £4m 2020 with a profitable H2 so cash is okay. MWG will have a much better H2 as we know with reagents being shipped this month as well as large orders in China and India being sorted this half.

Looks like a sell. NUMIS seemingly happy to absorb all sells so there must be a large buyer/s.
