Re the subject of acidisation:

Acidisation is primarily intended to clear pathways in the rock to allow gas to flow more easily. It works by dissolving portions of the rock formation or removing blockages to enhance permeability.

However, acidisation can also help remove drilling mud and other formation damage near the wellbore by dissolving mud solids or other obstructions left behind during drilling. This effect is secondary to its main purpose of improving reservoir permeability.

Well, decision time is nearly here. If GROC are successful, I am hoping for an improvement in the SP. Clearly, the benefits will need to be material to the project and benefit the SP.

If GROC are unsuccessful, US funding may be an option given Trump's interest in Greenland. I hope that the prospect of Trump trying to secure a share in GROC may result in the EU viewing the application in a positive light.

As I have said before, if the accuracy of the test is so good and the cost benefit argument is so compelling, why has the PSE not been accepted as the go to test? Perhaps it is the margin. At £900, Burrows stated the margin was 90%. Without robust testing an validation, I suggest the price has been a significant drag on the widespread adoption of the test.

My approach to evaluating HEX as an investment involves asking questions I consider relevant; here are some of the questions I have asked myself.

Has a commercial discovery been made at Rudyard? – Yes

Is it possible that the Rudyard reserve figure will be increased? – Yes

Will Charles produce economically recoverable He? – Possibly

If Charles produces He, will the combined Charles and Amsden be economically viable? – Possibly / Probably

Will Flathead produce economically recoverable He? – Possibly

Will a combination of Charles, Amsden and Flathead produce economically recoverable HE? Possibly / Probably

Will revenue be generated in the next 6 months? – 90% confident.

I am excluding the H potential from any value consideration; I regard this as a potential extra.

Bo and David have both shown great confidence in the potential outcome, but I prefer to ignore this and rely on actual data. For me, the data leads me to conclude that HEX share price has significant potential to improve in the next 6 months and I just need to be patient.

It will be interesting to see if, from the start of 2027, the DoD does ban the use of tungsten for Iran, N Korea, Russia and China for any part of any contract for them.

Thanks for your work to obtain clarity from the company.

I remain sceptical about information provided by the company; in particular quoted timescales since they have a history of missing dates. I am concerned about the assay results. On 03/07/24, GM advised that lab results could take between 3 and 6 months, however, on 06/12/24, GM advised assays take 1 - 2 months to process. I am hopeful that the latter duration represents the current situation, but I remain to be convinced: actions speak louder than words.

FWIW: In the interview with Crux on 08/01/25, Bo was pressed about the possible production date. He said ".. we could be producing by the summer all going well, we could be producing by mid summer, late summer at the latest."

My target date for production is in the range June - September; this will not affect my view of HEX as a good investment. Link to interview go to 19:44.
