As you say, the value does not take account of the potential at greater depth. When Jetstream1 was first drilled TD was 2,200ft; the deepening of Jetstream1 confirmed "Multiple helium-bearing zones have been identified in the interpreted geophysical anomaly over the interval from 1,750 - 5,100 feet, representing a significant potential increase in reservoir height over previous estimates." Therefore, the helium bearing zones exist in overall thickness of 3,350ft. Mud log gas levels containing up to 7.24% helium were encountered during drilling and the samples were diluted by atmospheric air due to the rotary air drilling.

At this stage there is significant uncertainty, but taking an optimistic view, it would be nice to find multiple helium bearing zones, good helium concentrations, and good and sustainable flow rates from the multiple zones.

This was pre-deepening Jetstream1 so it will be interesting to if the increased depth affects the flow rate.

This share just requires patience; potential lifts with each piece of significant news until the PEA is produced and then - well, we will just have to wait and see.

Stas20 / GGG - after thinking about recent comments, I decide to re-listen to TAJ's 27/01/25 Box Set Q&A. It is positive and addresses the steps and situation up to production, which he suggests will not be for 18 months following FID (this may have been updated). Production provides a major boost to the SP, but there are multiple significant events that will be occurring before then which will hopefully provide a series of SP increases.

PLSR have in my view a clear plan to develop something that could be massive. Key milestones for me will include:

• Updates on the He concentration.

• Flow rates

• Resource update. Given the fact that elevated He values were observed in both Jetstream #1 and #2 over a gross vertical thickness of 3,350 and 3,178 feet, respectively. The increased gross helium-bearing interval has the potential to enhance the project's resource potential.

• PEA – TAJ suggested in Jan 2025 that the target date is mid 2025

• Additional leases, particularly if the potential scale of the He occurrence continues to grow with further seismic data; access to State owned land has been mentioned.

• Additional wells

• Feasibility study

• Details about other zones of interest following ongoing seismic surveys.

• FID – TAJ has said that production could be up to 18 months after FID

• Order placed for production plant

It might be a relatively slow burner, but it could be a very good one.

The FocusIR provides an update of the current position; worth watching if you are new to the company.

Based on the projected schedule for the EWT, the work should be completed by the end of April. It will be interesting to see how the SP reacts in May since there should be some significant news re the flow rates and resource volume.

The cost of the production plant will clearly depend on the size of the resource, but at least the plan is to use debt financing rather than placings.

VANHEKA - Renergen commenced Helium sales on 14/03/25 and the SP increased by 150% in the period 05/03/25 to 18/03/25. It has fallen back since 18/03/25; it is now 100% up on the 05/03/25 price.

For me this demonstrates that a key driver for the SP is the actual production of He which requires an offtaker and a functioning process facility. There are other factors (increased reserve, plant on site, testing and commissioning etc) that should lift the price before the 'actual production lift'.

Bo referenced the nitrogen in an interview with Crux on 08/01/25 @ 11:10; he said they could vent the nitrogen with no adverse effect. So unless I have missed something, it looks like the nitrogen will not be processed.

Jeremiah99 - I agree. An interview with SB is essential, but he will need to provide clear options. In his last interview with Sarah Lowther, she asked him what would be the next step if GROC did not secure Special Project Status and his response was a bit vague (other than to say he thought they would be successful).

It may be a big jump, but in SB's interview with Stockbox on 19/11/24 about the possibility of an AAM plant in North America.

A further note to demonstrate everything may not be gloom and doom - potential funding sources:

• Advanced Propulsion Centre grant of £250,00 was awarded to support the PFS for the AAM plant PFS.

• Raw Materials Fund - 1bn euros – Germany: to support suppliers to German companies.

• Greenland and Danish venture funds.

• EU Battery Alliance Fund - 500m Euros

• Critical Raw Materials Special Project Status – PERHAPS THE NEXT FUNDING ROUND MIGHT BE MORE SUCCESSFUL

• EU Innovation fund – grant allocation of 4.8bn euros to 85 innovative projects.

• Mineral Security Partnership – 32 projects (GROC is one of them). The details of potential support mechanisms are to be determined.

• National battery strategy - Norway

• JV partners / off-takers

• General Motors – investment in lithium mining?

• EXIM Bank in the US – loan.

SB now needs to deliver.

The US administration might see this as an opportunity to demonstrate they will be prepared to 'support and develop' Greenland's resources whereas the EU is not. The potential outlay to complete the DFS will be relatively modest as far as the DFC is concerned.

Here is a link to an Air Liquide pdf describing their modular helium purification units. Skid mounted solutions greatly reduce construction times so a major offtaker should be able to set up an efficient processing facility relatively quickly.
