OK, so it looks like on 1st February "Gladstone Capital Management LLP" reduced their short by 0.12% but "WorldQuant LLC" upped theirs from 0.49% to 0.50% so that it now appears on the "BAB Short Positions" page on here. So there was a net reduction of 0.11% short positions but as "WorldQuant" were previously below the 0.50% threshold for disclosure, it wasn't showing. Weird that they should up their short by 0.01% so that it becomes visible. What's that all about?
Anyway, probably reading too much in to these short positions anyway. BOD have put all their cards and their own cash on the table, I agree with TheProphet, this is a no-brainer and only going one way. And that direction, ladies and gentlemen, is "North" :)
Icouldntcomment: I clicked on the "BAB Short Positions" icon. And, well that's embarrassing, I swear when I checked earlier this morning, all positions were closed.
I'll get me coat
All short positions now closed. Nothing holding this back now
Yeah, whatever. Next stop for BAB = 350p
Burn baby burn, shorter inferno
GLG Partners LP short position has now closed, as predicted.
All looking good here.
Partiularly as he/she is probably working from home out of their garden shed
That was replying to, "How much more vague than that can you get"

Well not much, so then how does some "analyst" at "Barclays" apparently know more than everyone else in the world when the company themselves have said they're not saying anything pending the results of their review.
It's laughable!
I fully anticipate that all the short positions will miraculously close soon and the price will rocket. And what a coincidence that will be given the insane Barclays target price hoisted out of thin air this morning.
Shocking but watch it play out ...
This was just the new CEO and his team clearing the decks, launching a complete review of everything and getting all the "bad" news out up front. It's all gravy from here.
Very soon the MM's will run out of people willing to sell their shares at a loss at the lowest price it's ever been (no brainer), the few remaining short positions will close and this will climb back up just as quickly as it has dropped off.
£3 by March, double your money by year end. Simples. Sit back, enjoy and relax.
Agreed (bringing dividend back).
When might that happen?
Charlie Elphicke / Michael Hunt
Michael Hunt / Charlie Elphicke
... anyone ever seen them in the same room together?
Because it went up for no reason
So the recent rise was off the back of the article suggesting it could be a takeover target but there's no substance to that whatsoever so it's going back down again.
Is that right?
Either that or the MM's laughing and encouraging the rise only to drop the arse out of it a few days later. Usually what happens with RENE!
i see a whole page of buys ... and then an RNS.
No, AIM isn't bent at all. Honest.
If they get to market in RP or CTX then the SP will be many multiples higher but there are hundreds, maybe even thousands of biotech companies out there who all think they've got the next great new treatment. The fact is that only a tiny percentage of them make it successfully to market and realistically, even if they are ultimately successful, it's still years off for RENE. That's why the SP will remain depressed in the meantime. If they make it, many multiples, if they don't, you lose all your investment money.
Also, despite the Fosun deal, the company clearly will need to raise more cash before too long. That could be another partnering deal or it could be a share issue.
These are the facts and, along with Woodford's negative influence, would-be investors are most likely waiting on the sidelines for some concrete milestones. It's still way too speculative a share for most serious investors. It's for gamblers, basically.
So the MM's can sucker in a few people to buy before dropping the arse out of it tomorrow
I'll refrain from posting in future rather then bring a downer on here. It's just I've seen it all before with RENE more times than I care to remember.
I hope I'm wrong for all long term holders sakes.
So either silence from me, or I'll be back ramping once I've bought back in sub £1 :)
Good luck folks.
