Seems like the upward drive is halted for the moment and low volume is driving the share price South.

I wouldn't mind a top up if we go low enough...

Financials appear as trading statement to me.

The tech advantage and increased sales team should boost sales in a declining sales market so in the short term it is a bit of a gamble.

However, on a 2-3 year basis the time advantage Digitalmove and related products offer should see ULS as a winner.

It looks like there may be cheaper entry points before then so your decision to wait appears wise.

There is no total guarantee with Covid-19 around.
However, with the lock down easing people will still want to move for various reasons.
They will also want to just re-mortgage to save money.
The Uls platform can speed up the conveyancing and as such it should continue to pick up trade.

I am biased I am invested.

Nice re-rating by market today following a step up on Friday also.

I see the Final Results should be out next week on the 1st June.
Looks like buying ahead of that. I am hoping for some re-rating given the company is saying that Covid-19 should not impact them very much. Also they raised a $100 million recently at 135p and still appear to be expecting good growth in legacy run offs and PMA programmes.

Well if a company fails and its debt is covered by an asset. There must be a risk in the current market that the asset will sell for less ie not cover the loan. Personal debts will be a bit risky. Also there is a risk that we are heading into a deep recession.

Thus banks may be a risky hold in this market.

Yes a placing at a few pence lower is the risk.

It's hard to hit the effect on Barclays from companies failing and loans not being repaid. It all depends how long the crisis last from 3 -18 months seems the latest range quoted.

Proactis have been a serial disappointer, no wonder Artemis sold out.

NAV at 29.54 p today so todays trades at 34 are at a 15 % premium to NAV price.

Seems a bit crazy to me.

I been invested in AAM for quite a while.

However, given NAV is less than 30 and BID : 32 ASK: 35.
It does seem expensive in the current turbulent market.

Any buyers out there ?
