Can't help, but think SWSC will give us a BWNG update in around 3-4 week saying muck the same thing as Simon Cawkweel ie BWNG making progress..

Nasty shock today, but fundamentally the story seems the same, BSWNG is a company being turned around de-gearing, latest results although not as positive as some would like do show progress.

I scalped a few pence over last few days and increased my holding. There will probably be turbulence over next few days, but can't help thinking we will see some share price recovery.

Mmm I just set a limit trade at 74p, but got 73.6p that's much easier than waiting.

I see also today "SHORE CAPITAL MARKETS WITHDRAWS COVERAGE OF RANDALL & QUILTER".
I could see Shore kept re-iterating there RQIH rating, but could not find what it was.

Well presumably they have to pay Barclays to be a broker.
I presume Barclays will come out with a Buy rating and a target price that could shift the share price hopefully upwards.
Looks like the market is taking that view anyway.

Why didn't they do it a few years ago, after all AIM is the natural hope for small cap tech companies.

For 2021, annual headquarter operating costs are projected to be $5.75 million, below previously provided guidance. Of this amount, $2.6 million is for recurring management expenses and $3.15 million is a result of the Company's public listing. The Board recognises the significant cost of being a listed company and remains focused on how such costs could be reduced."

The listing cost is $3.15 million on the LSE main market. If we switched to AIM that must surely be cheaper.
Obvious the 9 month delay to Spin Memory is disappointing. However, we do have $24.6 million and the portfolio companies otherwise do appear to be progressing although they are a few years from a good exit position.

Kestrel do not appear to takeover companies. They go for large minority stakes.
They then provide inputs ie change of CFO and/or CEO and/or Chairman were required.
They also provide input on strategy.
Then at an appropriate growth point they look for a trade exit.

HSP has a chequered past which has held it back.
The main excitement with the share is the old industrial land bank.
Market was hoping for more land sales in the last TU and it was that which triggered the sp fall.
Then again as long as those sales come though in a few months its no real problem.
The land is priced in the NAV at acquisition cost and therefore there may be upside there ...

Good news on contract win - price up a tad in response.

ZEGONA ANNOUNCES £4.8 million DIVIDEND PAYMENT - 4.5% Yield
On 15 December 2020 Euskaltel shareholders approved a €0.14 per share dividend to be paid in February 2021. Zegona has committed to pass 100% of all Euskaltel dividends straight through to its shareholders so Zegona's Board of Directors has yesterday declared an interim dividend of 2.2 pence per share, equivalent to £4,817,342. In total, 4.8 pence per share, equivalent to £10,523,356, will have been paid to shareholders in the 12 months ending March 2021, equating to a dividend yield of 4.51%

I'd be tempted to have a top up at 78p ie same price management paid on recent cash raising.

It's rude to pick bottoms as they say.
An RNS or media tip could see them shouting up.
However, when or if that will happen is anyone's guess.
