Other than the data, whose value we don't know but apparently it's considerable, Fleet (at present) appears more hassle than it's worth. So, perhaps a Caterpillar type deal would be best. I seem to recall it was hypothesised that SEE would end up with all divisions a la Caterpillar with SEE retaining the IP. Maybe that's another way forward sometime in the future?
