S7, yes it is a new market and there is little competition (have you seen Nauto's offering?) and it is also a small, niche market which may not attract much competition due to it's SIZE. SEE, meanwhile, has a ready made (almost) product that the market needs TODAY, not tomorrow. So, it is not beyond reason to expect a near 100% share of this presently small, niche, market. And yes as you seem to rate Smarteye above SEE, it would seem logical that you invest in SEYE rather than SEE.

Well go and buy Smarteye!

S7 There 57 companies on that list, with a fair number of those listed very well known and /or very big. It has only been 2/3 days since it was released so the publicity has barely had a chance to take hold. You are correct the revenue hasn't been stated and may not be significant but that is less important than the publicity that will follow and the relationships that will /are being formed. If you haven't read the list of AV companies who have been licensed I suggest you do, it's impressive.

It has to be accepted by the shareholders, not the board, I doubt they would recommend a low ball bid. According to Semicasts, they are aware of the value of the company. All the board can do is report and recommend either way, not accept. Round and round and round...

1. A German Tier 1 makes a low ball bid. 2, A chip manufacturer makes a counter bid. 3. The Titans join in. 4. A Titan wins with a big bucks bid. 5. We live happily ever after! There could be a number of steps in the equation.

And in the same vein, nobody has explained adequately why senior company employees would try to sell out on the cheap. Other than the buyers, it benefits no one. No doubt all the conspirators are supremely confident their conspiracy (also known as market manipulation or fraud) will go unnoticed and only they will benefit from their fraudulent behaviour, fraudulent behaviour which involves multiple players. Seeing as we mere proles have noticed this possible market manipulation, don't you think regulatory bodies and law enforcement bodies also haven't noticed or are they implicit in this fraud also?

Precisely Chris, this is great news even if financially not significant at present. All today proved is, as Semicasts earlier pondering stated, the market is clueless (at present) as to what SEE is.

The conspiracy widens, now Xilinx (market cap $19.4 billion) is implicitly involved. No doubt some senior staff left Xilinx to join SEE but that could have been they saw the opportunities of joining a smaller company and building it in to a much larger company. And yes SEE may end up being bought by Xilinx but please, less of the conspiracy theories. The cost to Xilinx of being implicated in fraud (became that's what it is) is far more than any savings made by price manipulation. Poor PR, timing, management, whatever, but please less of the conspiracy theories!
