RE: Bid soon?20 Sep 2018 10:36
I'm still waiting for a credible answer to my question which was WHY?
Whoever is behind this low ball bid (on both sides) seems to have initially a take out bid of 25p but now they've agreed on 15p and 'walked: the SP down to 6.5p to accommodate this.
There could be a number of reasons why Toyota and FCA RNS' haven't been issued ie we didn't win them, they aren't signed yet and, oh yes, they've been suppressed, now implicating by association both Toyota and FCA, who must be wondering why an RNS (with no names) hasn't been issued as most small companies they have contracts with want to get them issued before the ink is dried. Thus widening the circle of those in the know.
It makes you wonder why SEE didn't also suppress Ford and Byton while they're at it. Hey, they could have got the bid down to 10p.
So,why? Why would the founders, Ken, Nick, institutional investors, private investors et al accept a low ball bid of 15p, soon to lowered further no doubt, when we expect to be in a dominant position in Auto, and not forgetting the potentially lucrative BdMS? Why?
