Some see nothing but negatives in the current drift in the share taking the recent direction as set. However, others will see the positives in the current share price as a buying opportunity for reasons we are probably all aware - 1. It's the Silly Season and SEE's share price historically drifts. 2. We're on AIM where share prices generally drift in the absence of news. Those two reasons may be enough to tempt investors to buy at this time but what makes SEE even more compelling as the price drifts is potentially the raft of news that is likely to follow in the following 3-6 months, namely news regarding multiple Auto wins (due to regulatory requirements), together with current contracts being extended, Fleet ramping up, first announced contract wins in aviation and rail (we hope) and a rebuffed low ball bid. Together with any completely unexpected news (say from Samsung). Obviously we cannot discount negative news but on balance, at current or lower share price, SEE must be a buy, all it needs is patience. If it does continue to drift, I will be very tempted to top my ISA (my last top up was at 10.6p and I'm comfortable with it).

Good point Mr BB, although Beefy's contact did say probably before year end. Who knows, it could be we have news of VW, Toyota and others before year end!!

shallwe, I'd have to agree, at least 3 OEM's. Anything above 3 by year end would be exceptional.

Jono, so if you read the same document as SG is quoting from which is fairly recent, what other reply were you expecting? If you believe there will be a further placing, as others do, and this will affect the SP negatively. what more can be said. I, on the other hand, believe that either there will not be a need for a further placement because either we have enough cash to see us through to profitability or as I said earlier, banks and the like will be falling over themselves to become the lender of choice (although we may already have a credit line as per Phils post) as before then, and making obtaining credit easier, I would hope to see more RNS in Auto, Air, rail and Fleet. However, I'm not sure whether SEE as a separate entity will ever see profitability as before then a sale (following a Battle of the Titans please) will have happened which makes all the above of little consequence. It's up to each individual how they view a particular share and it is up to you to weigh the risks of owning shares in SEE or any other company. Just as I have weighed the risks associated with SEE and have accepted those risks. So, DYOR, and good luck whatever you do.

Jono, read the latest update, they still have cash in hand otherwise they'd have already asked shareholders or venture capitalists or those people who lend money, you know banks. I do believe we're at the point of our evolution that a further placement /subscription will not be required and that news between now and the year end will see lenders positively queueing at our door to offer us loans IF we need any. S7, you don't hold much faith in the fact that SEE could borrow the money due to the recent contract wins a la SemiCast? If SEE can do that and avoid any dilution, that would appear to be in all investors interests. I wish the silly season would end soon!

Wilson, ah yes Mr SemiCast. Not long ago, S2020 posted a reply from our good friend Colin which was very positive as regards the direction of SEE and that even if someone wanted to buy the company (on the cheap) the directors would tell them to.... Off as the company is not theirs to 'give away' and they are aware of the true value of the company (this after meeting with Ken and mates who Colin complimented but no further details given other than the new Chairman was a good choice for the next phase), this hardly sounds like a company whose top employees are trying to flog the company on the cheap and why would they? Everybody on the board was happy with the response and positivity abounded. Now, a short while after and a few bad days on the market, SemiCasts' 'email is forgotten and we're all doomed (to being sold down the river). Beefy, I believe, said some on here were fickle. He was being kind. And you can almost guarantee that at the next positive RNS, talk of a low ball bid will be quietly forgotten. Fickle? Not half!!

The big buyer will be the Germans getting enough shares to launch their low ball bid))) interesting that the low ball bid price being floated on here is reducing, soon it will be 12-18p!!I don't think Ken, Nick and Paul will be too happy!!

Only to some. By your reckoning, SEE are deliberately withholding (up to) 4 pieces of market sensitive information in order to facilitate a take out on the cheap. That is one heck of a conspiracy, it's amazing anyone at SEE can do their day job with all this conspiring! And on top of that, implicating their broker! Amazing!!!

Not another bout of conspiracy miracy stories. It's the silly season and without a supply of RNS on the shelf that they can dust off, the price will drift. On top of the expected RNS you mention, Maps, don't forget the possible handful of Auto RNS. Sell out on the cheap? 1.As SemiCast noted, the management know the value of the company so why would they shortchange themselves and other shareholders? 2. Management no doubt has a good idea of the news to come which they will know will affect the share price. 3. Other potential suitors will only have their interest heightened. Why not chill and let the silly season pass by and then we'll see where we are?
