The reason they are looking at re-admission as an operator is because . . . Wait for it . . . They want to become an operator. Not because the OGA has stipulated it. They’ve always stated the intent was to become an operator once a well is proved commercial. Whcich is what HH-1 EWT is all about. Sheesh. The level of extreme muppetry on this board is quite scary.
