It all depends what price the whites will take for their shares. If they’re happy to get out at 0.003, then that’s where this is heading, as it did previously. So buying more now could see a quick loss of 40% in a few weeks.

The tech is in a better position, but the company isn’t, just look at the share price and number of shares in issue. Pretty crazy for a small business like PHE.

I'm aware of some of HW and BW's other businesses and they do not need to take money out of PHE for financial reasons. Their other businesses generate enough profits to more than keep HUI running on a private basis, let alone as a PLC.

I don't know their average here is, but it could be as simple as selling at a loss to offset profits and tax elsewhere, then buy back?

Whatever happens, there will be a fund raise before too long, probably a mix of retail and off market, so more dilution is inevitable and that the climb back up even tougher.

All that said, I think the general staff have probably been working hard and have achieved a lot; just terrible senior management.

GB should walk, ultimately he's there to Govern and simply hasn't done it. A new BOD and Exec Dir's with greater industry experience would refresh what's there and add some much needed credibility to AFC.

What I do know, is the company should release an update of it's major shareholders following this, which should be in a a timely manner, not in 6 months time.

Also, it would be nice to know who new significant shareholder is £1.25m

There's a lot of questions cropping up:

LEO1 - "Once the selling stops this share will fly" - what makes you say that, what is it based on??

Are the whole White family selling or just HW?

I can see why HW would, as he doesn't own a lot, but why are the rest selling? What do they know that make them confident and happy to be selling at such low prices (possibly at a loss on some). Is it easier to launch a takeover, is something not right / working - must be a reason - it IS NOT to buy another greenhouse and there is no report of them pumping money in to HUI

Castle - your justification for the SP to hitting 12p is made up nonsense. You're in too deep and hoping for an exit point. Where is the evidence for the justification you claim....

"contracts" - who with, when, where?

"HUI" - what does this mean? Any potential deal may well be off if they're sell up?
