Absolutely Pat, he’s the only one misleading people and refuses to have a balance view., just blind faith.

I said it before, his arguments/points are based on the potential deliverables in 2 to 5 years time.

A realistic view is what’s deliverable in the next 12 months and what news that will bring to support the SP and drive it.

Who wants to wait that long,

Castle’s long missed his targets, when it was dropping back from 2p and he was buy every other day, he was saying 6p. Getting back to 2p would be a start. He’s embarrassing!

TBF @15 - his posts were always incredibly confusing and full of BS price predictions, so I wouldn't worry!

He originally claimed he'd bought at 0.3p and a 'few' at 5p.

Then, after a quick GPT search, turns out he was buying all the way to 9p. He was also buy from 1.50 to 2p last year. My guess is his average is probably in the 4/5p region, hence he's not moved to Murcia!

I was due to take on a new member of staff in April and I've change the position to a contract based role, so I can still make it work.

@15 - I was talking more about the process for a Fund Manager to recommend and get approval to even be an interested party. After that, there will be a need for Presentations etc from the board, assuming an II would probably look to take a decent stake - 5% +.

Not sure if anyone else has much experience of hold shares where II’s buy in?

I have a bit, and the general consensus is they need a lot of strong evidence to invest early in small market cap businesses like this.

Fund managers resources include teams of researches at their disposal, all with extensive experience of whatever areas they cover.

They also have risk criteria they have to meet to get a green light to invest. Previous bad management, issuing billions of shares and £100’s millions pounds of wasted money will be big red flags at this stage - I feel!

It’s probably why the company have not attracted II’s previously. I think a HNW is more likely or the whites, if any TBF.

It is, they just the nominee account. The same as Interactive.

Currently, there’s no institution investors.

I'm not sure there's enough efficiency to sell a 2.5tn system.

The owner of a site would get:

Gate fees for 2.5tn @ £120/tn £300/day

Off take revenue on 2.5tn??? - £400/day

Around £700/day before any form of costs, power, capex, labour etc

For PHE, the £500,000 licensing fee was based on 40tn per day, so that fee might only be circa £31,250 per year for a 2.5tn and a trickle of £ from the % share of the off takes.

The 2.5tn unit is a nice thought, but I can't see it been financially viable?

£5 to £10m seems a way off. Would have bankrupted PHE, so cant be close.

The financial results should add some clarity to it, but if we're plucking figures out of the air I'll have a light hearted stab at:

Kiln £150k

Electronics etc £175k.

Staff wages etc for assembling and misc works £85k

So circa £410k

They're one off prototypes; so should be less on future orders.

Private funding will want equity

The only free month, would be from the government, which would have to be applied for through the correct channels.
