I don't really see PHE as a hydrogen company, it's a small part of a much bigger picture for the tech.

The focus in the H2 economy is reducing the cost/kg, low carbon production methods and onsite production - generating it where the H2 is needed.

My point is, I’ve seen this plenty of times with PHE. No dates, nothing tangible, no commitments, just hope that a customer is going to materialise.

Funds could have also been raised at twice the value, less dilution or twice the money.

It doesn't need to be communicated by an RNS, just a post on their site, socials ect, stating if they are as expected, better or worse. Most will assume worse if they don't say comment at some point in the near term!!

I imagine to get the PL, these designs / prototype will need some kind of industrial approval from somewhere - Maybe a TUV approval, but that's expensive because they'd have to be accommodated in the UK for a month or 2!

What they have on display is not a full working model of what it will be used for anyway, as it has not off take storage.

I know on some large scale tech, you require CE Mark, or a for Europe, a TUV. That can take 6 to 12 months, so nothing can be sold before they have that, assuming it's needed?

Agree - NH2 are reliant on United Hydrogen for money, who have had a number of unsuccessful floatation attempts.

I believe the first was a US listing, then UK and now AUS. I understand from Lives, this didn't happen as planned and has been delayed.

Therefore the current status quo is:

1. Once the FEED is done, NH2 can't do anything until they have funding.

2. "the FEED study will allow a planning and permitting application to be submitted by National H2 as the required data is generated." No one knows how long this process takes, not to mention tendering and awarding the contract to a specialist construction company for the build. I wonder how long that will take?

There's a lot of unknowns, but the one I can say for a fact, is nothing will happen in 2025 with NH2, except receipt of payment for the deal announced 4 months ago.
