HUI should technically bounce back very quickly, once the the OO deal goes through, as it will give them an instant £20m potential revenue.

Pat, I see know reason for HUI to go bust, they lost £500k in a year and have massively reduced costs.

Alex is effective bank rolling the business up to £3m, but rev will start to come in once the OO deal is over the line.

I think it’s pretty clever they have diversified, while they’re unable to doing anything in the W2E industry.

PHE could do with a similar plan B!

HUI have made a loss of £500k, which doesn’t seem too bad when they’re still unable to build a W2E site and generate an income.

They’re diversifying through the RTO of OO and that will generate significant revenue and therefore future survival regardless of the W2E division and PHE’s existence.

The latter being an issue if PHE’s potential customer can’t get permissions for their product, which obviously means they’ll have no customer / no sales / no revenue!

I’ve no idea why someone would have a problem with the production of medical cannabis, which seems to be a big growth market!!

HUI seem a better investment than PHE at the moment.

It's more of a reality check of where PHE are, as these things need to considered and factored in; opposed to castles, TR1 anyday, 12p by christmas, first sale, wowzers, the bosses wife bought £10k of shares nonsense, the SP is recovering, as sea of blue!!

Seems to think it's fantasy island, posting the same rubbish day in and day out!!

Ultimately, when a deal does arrive it will be great news, but it will not be straight forward and will most likely be in the form of HOA, rather than a straight forward sales contract, as some might presume.

I wonder how long planning will take for a PHE site?

I'd imagine 2 years, possibly longer as it will be the first ever install and technically a prototype.

At least HUI started their application over a year ago. Although following the CMD comment, it might not be a PHE system they go ahead with now.

So the first sale comes, it will most likely be a Heads of Terms contract, based on someone getting planning permission, rather than an actual Sales Contract!

It's the same old story from UHL and getting worse. They've gone from seeking a premium listing to anything will do, and unfortunately they can't even seem to get that!!

Not great news for PHE, lets hope they've had the money upfront from NH2!!!
