PE told the market and LT shareholders at the CMD, that PHE didn't need to raise funds, while at the same time, had knowingly pre-arranged a £1.25m fund riase!

The increased revenue from Engsolve makes the fund raise all the more galling, given the long term damage it has done to the SP.

So was the £1.25m raised for PHE or Engsolve?

I totally agree with the sentiment about the recycling and environmental side of this. Unfortunately I doubt gate fees will cover the cap ex and annual cost of setting up and running a facility, so unless a charity is running these, any business will need reassurance of a decent return on the investment; hence the recent closure of many W2E sites in the UK.

That will have to come from selling the off takes!

Each - I'm of the same opinion, I'm down about 45% (0.0095p) here and could have made that back on a couple of other options in the last 2 weeks.

For various reasons, a number of industries / markets seem to be picking up, so money to be made.

If there's nothing interesting in the report, then I think this will be in the same or worse boat in 12 months. Seem to have burnt through a load of cash since the last report!

I think AFC has a much brighter future TBF.

They've numerous Fuel Cells products already operating in the field and producing great results.

Most importantly, a modular system (HY-5) that produces hydrogen from Ammonia at a fraction of the cost and energy consumption of any other method.

It's a modular container onsite, mitigating the need for a network or expensive deliveries. Will help to really kickstart the hydrogen market. Outside of industrial applications, it's ideally suited for fuel forecourts, marine / ships etc.

Their CEO's wife has invest 10's of thousands of pounds in stock recently, if that's the new way of measuring the likelihood of a share price going up LOL
