True, however we've not seen this before and while there's nothing wrong with it, I'm afraid it smacks of desperation when in the next 5 weeks there'll be a full report on PHE, including Engslove's activities and financials.

The income is very welcome, but for me and looking at the R&D work they have, was the fund raise for PHE or Engslove's benefit! I think it's a fair question given the circumstances of the raise.

If like some on here suggested yesterday, that the 'weird' RNS from PHE was so good, why is the SP dropping again?

The market has made nothing of the RNS and that probably says more than anyone can on here. Couldn't even get it above 0.005p

Slappy, why wouldn't they, it's down pushing 60% YTD? They do have a fiduciary duty to SH's to maintain some kind of shareholder value.

The support level of 0.0053p some claimed, is non existent. I could see this falling quite a bit between now and the Annual Report coming out. I think the next support could be around 0.0035p.

Time will tell!

Therefore, being realistic, it could be 6 months as easily as it could be 3 years for a decision.

Or they may not get it and that's the end of that!!

For me, the RNS was issued with the intention of propping up the PHE share price, having dropped below 0.0050p

I'm all for Engsolve diversifying and attracting new business, especially new recycling projects (all for anything that helps the SP recover TBH), but the fact this new work doesn't have anything to do with selling DMG's; is spectacularly worrying!!

Clearly they would have mentioned this, having gone to the expense of putting out a non essential RNS!!

PE told the market and LT shareholders at the CMD, that PHE didn't need to raise funds, while at the same time, had knowingly pre-arranged a £1.25m fund riase!

The increased revenue from Engsolve makes the fund raise all the more galling, given the long term damage it has done to the SP.

So was the £1.25m raised for PHE or Engsolve?
