The irony of swazers quote above!! How long has this fool been pumping this company? Misleading people, causing confusion!!

The FACTS are:

15 years of promises has come to nothing

4.5bn shares in circulation

Countless fund raises

Has been funded solely by shareholder most of its existence

Directors promises over the years have come to nothing and failed

£43m had to be written off 18 months ago due to poor management decisions

No successful partnerships in 15 years

Current position

A 2.5tn unit in Bridgend, but no one knows if it works properly or what the promised test results are - WHY?

Financially poor, hence the latest dodgy fund raise, which halved the SP

SP has dropped 75% from last years 2p

No active/serious partners Avioxx, HUI not looking good. NH2 have no money and no planning permission

Only interested partners to date have been desperate unknown start ups

Patents mean nothing as no one seems interested in what they can do

Competition is further ahead and selling facilities, making millions

No finished product to test and commission to enable government and industry sign off. No ability to build one either.

The time period for finding a partner with capital, gain planning / reg approval, consult and develop a facility 16 times bigger than anything ever made, has to be 3 to 4 years for PHE!!

Castle - what is your definition of 'soon'?? You first stated this on the 6th March, over 3 months ago and still nothing. I'd say soon is within 3 weeks.

Over 15 years, PHE have not been able to produce a commercial product. Are other commercial concerns meant to wait another 15 years or look elsewhere??

In fact Castle, I told you that AFC had the solution to sorting out hydrogen distribution in the UK and Europe and would do well. up 42% in the last 5 days!!

I also told you HUI would do well, after the OO deal goes through, which is still to come!

HW will do well, always does. Don't like him, but this is struggling with or without HUI, but looks like it's without. They may well pull the plug on the Ireland projects, which is possibly why PHE needed the money so quickly and the Whites are selling out.

That leaves PHE to try and find the cash to keep Ireland going or lose their investment and possible first facility - looks bleak

Sorry, but that is just BS. They are backed personally by the CEO and HW should they need it. HUI wasn't the one needing an emergency fund raise after the CMD!!

This has been dumping around 1p for a long time. Personally I was watching it due to the pending OO deal (not this) which should give it re-rating of circa £10 to £20m in MCAP.

I bought at 8.30am this morning and again at 9am.

I've posted my views about not being sure if there's any substance in it, but the news was driving the SP. I've done very well, but will hover over the sell button, as stuff like this happens a lot on AIM. Could all be a load of hot air.

I wonder if this potential deal will get a mention from PE in the annual report.

Or was the comment/dig from PE about HUI at the CMD day a sign that they were looking elsewhere for their tech provider, as in someone who can deliver a finished commissioned / signed off and approved product?

Might be why they never reference PHE.

Not 100% sure there's much substance in the news, but if people like it then great, but it's probably a short hold until the OO deal comes off.

I've got my losses back from here, so can't complain. Will keep my eyes peeled on the Annual report, still potential for short term gains on news of a couple of deals.

Agree Bert - on the face of it it looks like great news, as it would be 10 unit sales for PHE. But who is committing $50 to $100m per site x 10 to HUI on the back of them not even having a working unit to show them?

It certainly sounds promising, but I would not be surprised if this is a bit of a pump from HW due to the collapsed HUI SP and the fact the reverse OO deal is taking so long?

Just doesn't seem right, but there could be money to be made in the short term

I think PE sounds like a great guy and a very good CTO.

I don't think he has the skill set for turning an R&D company / product in to a commercialised business worth £100m plus !! Even then the SP would only be 0.002p. Is he capable of turning this in to 12p a share - MC of over 1/2 bn pounds, probably not!!

They need someone with serious commercial and industry experience, but I suspect can't one, as it would be £300k plus / year

I do hope for everyone’s sake, the annual report is a ‘blockbuster’ as you would say.

AFC, has more than covered my losses here. I did say their crackers were part of the future of hydrogen in the UK and it would solve the network issue.

You get zero information from any board, including the BOD, because there isn't any.

If things carry on like this, the SP will be around 0.003p by the time of the Annual Report hits.

The little information there was at the CMD, appears to have been a load of nonsense, as was the no need to raise funds, which was actually a pre-arranged deal, so a total lie.

If the Whites were still selling, then surely they would have drop below a TR1 threshold by now!! Something smell and it's not the DMG!!
