It is an amazing read alright; for the wrong reasons. A total whitewash of the current situation and facts!!

Last years annual report only included about 1/2 year's Engsolve revenue, so the increase isn't even that great, given the amount of inter company work from PHE.

Operating losses widened to £4.71 million from £1.43 million, due in part to a £2.3 million goodwill impairment.

"There was cash of £1.3 million in the bank at the end of December, down from £4.34 million a year earlier" - £3m less cash on hand!!

That will probably have gone by now and been replaced with "£1.375 million fundraise completed post-year-end has since bolstered liquidity."

Unless there is a customer onboard and paying upfront, I'm not sure PHE will continue for another 12 months!

He's still holds PHE, having paid 0.0015p, so 57% at least.

He'll wish he bought in here, as I'd mentioned HUI a few times on PHE before the friday rise, so he's probably kicking himself for next getting in. Apparently he has a target price, where he is prepared to buy, although hates HW, so you do the math!! :)

Daz, do you not think AFC know how to speed up all areas of development and production, but have to work at a pace set by financial constraints?

An S&P500 company will probably know a few decent manufacturing and process specialists who can make a few suggestions. Like you, I've never stepped foot in the AFC factory, but as a bystander, I'd imagine ideas like more line equipment, better equipment, more automated equipment/processes, additional workforce, longer production line hours (run 3 x 8 hour shifts), outsourcing of various processes, outsource the complete build of key components.

Possibly a completely new and expertly design factory!!

I actually think a fair value of this company is probably about £7.5m based on Engslove, assets, IP, cash in the bank, overheads, financial commitments and current annual losses.

Not sure what that works out at per share!!

First part means, it’s hoping to prove it’s a viable proposition at the latest point possible this year. Something that the CMD was originally for.

Clearly the FTU, has not done what they hoped and the results are not commercially viable, hence we’ve not been told.

Next bit is, we don’t have any customers so we’ll try and get some between now and the end of the year.

Lastly, we’ll have to do all of this on a shoe string, as we have no money but don’t want customers to know that and when we ask for payment up front, we need to hope they remain confident and don’t see through our BS

For me, this all seems perfectly normal. The share spiked massively and now it's dropped back. It would be less normal if it had such a large percentage increase and didn't drop back a bit.

People will take profits (and why not), MM's will mess with the price, possibly try to get it lower for customers now wanting in, having become aware of the share etc etc. Baring in mind, the average traded volume on this normally is tiny.

I've got in at a decent average and happy for this to settle. It's still up about 130% on Thursday's close. More news on it's way, which will be the next uplift.

Positivity?? That will have ZERO impact on anything, FACTS are the only thing that matter. One of those is PHE have no money to do anything. Imagine saying to a prospect, we'll do X, Y and Z, but you need to pay up front. You'd walk away!!!

Even if they get one customer, it will take all their resources up.

How much will one customer earn them?? Probably not even enough to break even.

They'll be a fund raise at Christmas, probably around the 0.0010 mark!!

i bought hui 7 days ago at 1.1p, when it was up and down like a yoyo!! i've posted several times about the potential there.

i bought more as early as possible on friday after the rns and again within 5 minutes the phe funds cleared, paying 0.0131 and 0.0168.

get a grip and worry about your own problems. i lost circa 0.005p a share here, which is circa £12.5k.

HUI is up 130% still in the last 5 days, I’m up 90%!

Think about the long term, not day to day prices! Where’s this going from here, they have NO DEALS and can’t do any, unless people pay up front!!

Good news from HUI on OO, they're increasing production 6 fold with an additional 30 greenhouses. Revenue should hit around £20m plus

When the takeover of OO goes through, HUI will have 49% of this business. Might be worth following HW if you're a fan Castle, he's moved on and isn;t ain't coming back, unless it's to buy up PHE on the cheap, which is highly plausible.
