You've just said the PHE share price would be 6p if the whites weren't selling, an increase of 1,200% - do you realise how stupid that is?

In the scheme of things, ie 4.5bn shares in issue, the Whites have only sold a pittance. The reason the SP is so low, is there are no sales and unfortunately no interest, except from companies with no money. Remember the time when Swazers said Esso and BP would be looking around!!

The project fell behind, but has caught up, what was behind, what has been done, what do Wrightbus think, where is their hydrogen coming from now?

The directors say nothing, which usually means it's not good. That site can't progress without HUI, as it's a 50/50 deal. If HUI want to delay it, because their mans hours are needed elsewhere, I'm not sure PHE can do anything.

It might seem HUI are strangling PHE, but refer back to the comment 'if PHE want our technology, they will have to pay for it like everyone else' - I said at the time, that doesn't sound good.

Wouldn't be surprised if HUI acquire PHE at a price significantly lower than it is now, once the OO deal is complete, if they are even interested in it anymore??

I saw this as a quick potential for a 50 to 100% rise on news, but wasn't to be.

This is not a long term hold, as I'm not convinced it's a going concern past 12 months, Engsolve's profits don't touch the sides.

Someone might buy it, but the SP will be brought right down before that.

I've a healthy ISA here for a few AIM trading / investing and have done well with HUI, in the last week, selling 50% at a good profit. I'll buy back this week, seeing as it seems to be settling. I understand HW's track record, but most of his firms make a lot of SP profit in the earlier month and years, which appears to be going to plan ATM!!

AFC has been immense for me, mainly down to Hyamtec, but got back in there at the start of May after being out for 3 years due to major delays. I recommended here many times before anyone tries to call me out on that.

Messed up on PHE, mainly because of misinformation from the BOD, a disastrous CMD, zero progress, dreadful marketing and no ability to get a partner on-board due to having to ask them for cash upfront!!

Castle - I notice you never got back to me on the timescales for building a plant using PHE tech?

Once they find a partner to front all the cash to build a 50tn Unit, PHE will have to design everything to their required spec; probably 6 months. This bespoke equipment will have to be briefed to a supplier. I recall all the parts took a long time to arrive, so you can only imagine how long these will take for a 50tn facility.

Then you have approvals, here's a few they'll need:

*Planning permission

*Environment Agency Approval

*Health and Safety Executive – multiple applications and sign offs required

*Control of Major Accident Hazards - Safety reports to the competent authority, detailing how they prevent and mitigate major accidents

*Local Planning Authorities – multiple areas require approval

*Secretary of State – often involved in new and large scale energy infrastructure projects

*The Planning Inspectorate

*Environmental permits - including waste management, water discharge, air emissions, and the use of certain chemicals.

*Planning Association

*MIMBYS – no one will want it in their backyard! Could delay building from 6 months to 6 years and potentially a Judicial Review

I believe HUI have spent at least 2 years getting their permissions in North Macedonia, so I’d anticipate it will be even hard and longer in the UK?

Maybe 2030/31 is more realistic for a 50tn unit.

HUI have have dumped this, so they can actually sell something to someone. PHE are stuck with the above issues and timeframes!!

They can’t sell / use what they don’t have. It will be at least 2029 before PHE has a facility using their tech.

Do you honestly thing they can just build and open a 50tn facility on the back of Bridgend? It will take months, probably a year for regulatory tests and approval to be completed and signed off.

HUI have simply chosen someone with an approved working piece of kit. End of.

PHE losses are huge and they don’t have enough income to cover them for the next 12 months, so no idea what will happen.

They only have about a million in the bank, so struggling to cover development costs without customers paying up front.

To compare it to HUI’s situation is like comparing call and cheese.

Castle, HUI shares have steadily declined because they’ve had to wait for PHE tech.

No more waiting, they’ve moved on.
