There's a number of UK companies that have bought this co's tech!! So there is a demand for this!

Word, are you just waiting for the OO deal and then selling? I only ask, as you never seem to mention anything about the major blocks on HUI achieving it’s mission statement is of W2E, which appears to have major delays in terms of years!

Forgive my skepticism , but this is from a CEO who said the company had enough money for many months, then 24 hours later announced a pre arranged £1.25m funding package.

The deal can't have happened over night, so it was in place and ready to go while telling everyone at the CMD the opposite; knowing how that would affect the SP!! He should have just announced the fundraise at the CMD, rather than mislead investors.

It isn’t just about getting the planing permission or the funds to build a facility, it’s also what they buy.

PHE don’t seem to be much closer to a final product, or anything remotely sellable. So what are HUI going to buy?

Can’t see anything been ready for years yet. Also I’m not sure what relations are like between the two companies.

I always thought it might be HUI, due to the history and synergy with HW.

Once the OO deal goes through, they should have the revenue and MC to be in a position to do so, but whether it's a road of development they want to go down is another matter!

Unless PHE have a USP of any value, and are close to a saleable product, it's unlikely anyone will be interested, especially with the 15 years of problematic history!

Focusing on one potential customer (all your eggs in one basket) is not ideal. If the customer knows this, it puts them in a strong negotiating position, you have to go at their speed and they know you're screwed without them. If it falls through, you've potentially lost 12 months!!

They need numerous potential customers, then focus on whoever is the strongest / quickest at progressing things. To say it will damage their reputation is scraping the barrel, what reputation, hanging around making coffee?

Just feels like poor excusing for lack of progress.

Meanwhile it's now become an investment I regret and should have used to add to AFC, who are up 80% in the last month!!

PHE need to get some kind of testing HOA in place, long before they've any chance of a sales contract. You've been coming on here guaranteeing SP increases, news and so on, not if it has come true, so why do it??

How this company is run, is nothing to do with HW or his fault. He only has 33m shares. .

Selling is not what killed the SP, the raise was, followed by zero news and progress!

Regarding these linkined in request for feedstock samples and ideas, PHE should have selected the 10 most likely materials and just got on an done all the testing required and published it.

Then they could say, this is what it does, this is how much it costs and this is what it delivers.

They should have had a PR team on this from the start of the year. What decision makers are realistically going to see a post on Linkedin, generally you're only go to see it, if you follow then company and will therefore already know about it.

It's like a 'GCSE Business' class doing a practical!!
